A: Hi there, The clarifying shampoo for oily hair works well to remove mineral deposits, product build-up, excess oil, and silicones, too. We recommend using this once a week mixed with the straight shampoo on the other wash days. To combat dryness we recommend selecting one of our moisture hair boosters, such as deep condition.

A: Hi there! The full ingredient list can be found on directly on the bottle for your convenience. Our Straight and Wavy Hair shampoo and conditioner contain a silicone called Propoxytetramethyl piperidinyl dimethicone (we know, it's a mouthful!) - we use it because it's an excellent conditioning and protecting agent that protects hair from thermal damage, adds shine, and helps give a soft, silky texture. Our Curly and Coily Hair shampoos and conditioners are silicone-free, since many with Type 3 and Type 4 hair follow the Curly Girl Method(TM) and prefer to avoid silicones. Our #hairgoal booster shots are all silicone-free!

A: Hi there! The only fragrance offered in retail is our most popular nude (p)each. The fragrances are at slightly different levels than the 3 offered on our website, our retail fragrance level is closest to the medium level!

Google "function of beauty lawsuits" b/4 buying!!!
Please google “function of beauty lawsuits” this before you buy this. My daughter used a shampoo and conditioner in this series only one time and it instantly dissolved her hair. It literally would snap off at the scalp, in chunks leaving bald spots if she ran her hand thru it. There have been lawsuits because they have ruined the hair of models and influencers. I suspect we have not heard about it much because the settlements were contingent on the people silence. It’s unconscionable that Target would continue selling this product.

Absolutely not - my hair is breaking off!
Not hydrating at all. You must purchase the add-ins for any sort of effect, but this product made my once beautiful, bouncy hair so dry and damaged, I had to switch brands before I even got through one bottle. Don’t be fooled by the customization claim. It works fine for a few showers, but over time, you’ll have to spend more money to repair the damage it caused to your hair.

You've Been Warned
I bought this with the Hydration and Strength additives. After buying everything I was almost at $20. It did not make my hair smooth. I would go in the shower after brushing my hair and come out with tangles. My hair became very rough (straw like) with really bad breakage. I also noticed I was losing significant clumps of hair. I have never experienced something this bad with any other conditioner I've ever tried. I recommend people look at the reviews from people who weren't paid by a promotion.

Shower staple

The smell is nice but I feel like I lost a lot of hair while using this because it would somehow make my hair so tangled. I have dense but fine hair and I would spend at least 5-7 minutes more trying to brush my hair out without completely snapping all of the knots. I didn’t notice a big difference once it was dry either.

Smells fantastic!
I absolutely love this conditioner. I paired it with the matching shampoo and deep conditioning booster. My postpartum hair is back to being soft and I’ve noticed less hair fallout (postpartum hair shedding.)
