Q: The consistency for this was very thin, liquidy, very different from past Gains I have bought. Did anyone else notice this?

A: We haven't made any recent changes to the formula, so you should see the same consistency that you're used to. However, if the liquid was stored in somewhere extremely hot (such as a hot car, or in direct sunlight), it may cause the liquid to become thin. However, I’ve been using Gain liquid laundry detergent and it has been working very well. My clothes come out clean and the scent is pleasant without being overwhelming. I haven’t had any issues with residue, and the detergent seems to do a good job on every day laundry Overall, I am happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a liquid detergent that cleans well and leaves clothes smelling fresh.
