Formula change is AWFUL

I used to really love the Persil Intense Fresh. Specifically the formula prior to company rebranding when it was under the label of "Advanced Clean." However, the formula of the last few years has been decent enough to continue using, especially because I find the scent to be the best out of all detergents. Now, the "Triple Care" formula is just garbage. The scent is so gross and smells more like an all-purpose spray cleaner for around the house. It really is so clinical and gross smelling. Additionally, many of the cleaning enzymes have been removed so it's just not an effective cleaner. Persil is nothing at all like it used to to be 5 plus years ago. As with so many brands, Persil is just another one that sacrificed top tier effectiveness and fragrance, for subpar "soap." This latest formula change officially marks the end of commitment to Persil. So disappointing.

The NEW Intense Fresh formula smells awful and smells completely different than the ones that enjoyed for years. The new smell is very much more powerful and gives us headaches inside the house when doing laundry. If you have a good product stick with it! Should not have changed the formula. Will probably to another brand now after many years of using Persil.

This used to be our favorite detergent for years, excellent smell. So sad they had to ruin it. It now has a very harsh, cheap, unpleasant smell. Will have to buy another brand.

I’ve used this for years and loved it. The new formula scent is completely different. So disappointing. I will no longer purchase - please bring back the OG scent!

Changed formula

I used persil intense fresh for a decade. They have changed the formula and it’s awful now!! The smell is so strong and horrendous. Nothing like before. I loved this because the scent was lighter than a lot of detergents, not now. I hope they change it back.

I have used the Intense Fresh for years, and the new formula doesn't have the same scent- it is very powdery and not fresh- it smells like cheap/dollar store laundry detergent now. Please bring back the previous formula/scent.

I was told that i had a remaining balance due to that same item being a promo item that was no longer available. Instead they gave me a gift card of 8.00. I used to love this detergent but I’m going to have to agree with several other people. The scent and quality are definitely different than the last 5 years and that super disappointing. If you like a powdery/grandma’s perfume kind of scent than it might be okay for you.

I have been buying Persil Intense Fresh three jugs at a time for over a decade. It's the only detergent I use. I noticed that they have changed the formulation ("Triple Care") and the new fragrance is awful. Smells like grape cough syrup. They changed the formula or something, because the new Persil is called triple care and is green in color. The old one was blue. The new smell has very strong chemical odor . The old one was mild and fresh. I don’t like the new detergent at all. Will not purchase it again

Pay attention to the wording

I have purchased Persil INTENSE FRESH for the last 10-12years exclusively. This bottle says it is the intense fresh scent however it smells horrible. This is misleading to consumers such as myself who thought I was buying one thing but received an entirely different item. If you are looking for the actual intense fresh scent do not get the bottle that says Triple Care.
