    They changed the formula!

    They changed the formula recently, now is more watery and the smell changed also, it was really good before they changed it :(

    New Formula, Unbearable Scent

    This used to be my favorite detergent and now I won't buy it again! The new scent is too strong and perfume-y for my family, despite the fact it's being marketed as the same scent. Appalling and misleading!!!

    disappointed!

    i'm not sure about other persil products, but they changed the formula of the intense fresh detergent. the color is different, the smell is different, and it's way thinner and more watery than the old formula. i switched to persil last year from a different brand because they too changed their formula. this was my favorite scent, so i'm sad they messed with it

    Horrible scent and too empowering. I broke out in hives. I had to was my clothes three more times with hot water and free and clear detergent until I could get rid of this horrible scent. Detergents these days are so fragrant. Either too fragrant or nothing at all. Not to mention it none of them bubble anymore. Horrible my top loading machine smelled like this horrible detergent for a week. Avoid this product at all costs if you care about your health.

    I didn't realize this didn't fight odors, but instead has 2x the scent. it's not a bad scent but it's very intense and it's got a flower/perfume element to it. Urine odor I think was removed but then replaced with perfume so strong it triggers my allergies

    Persil to the rescue! (cat pee)

    Stronger fragrance than classic Persil. Researched that Persil contains enzymes that neutralize cat urea. Our sick cat peed on bedsheets, towel and pet bedding. Soaked everything in a tub with a cupful of product with just enough water to cover the items. After a couple hours of marinating, smell was gone and I laundered as usual. Thank goodness the cat did not return to the soiled spot. Persil is a must have for cat accidents. Laundry smelled fresh! LOVE IT!
