We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. We have strict quality controls and it is unusual for a bottle to leave our plant with less than the proper amount of product in it. Each of our detergent bottles contains at least the number of ounces stated on the pack. Our bottles are designed and filled to allow for proper pouring. The bottle may not appear to be full as space is left for product to help with pouring. Without some air space at the top, pouring the liquid would be very messy, likely causing spilling over the pour spout. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 888-4246 so we can learn more about this situation and take care of you for this dissatisfaction. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Gain.

    I haven’t purchased Gain detergent in years because my daughter had a skin sensitivity to laundry detergent. She’s grown now and moved out. The scent on my laundry is delightful. Not heavy at all. You don’t even need scent beads! Our clothes look bright and I haven’t noticed any fading on our colors, specifically my sons school uniform shirts/pants. Definitely recommend.
