The vitamin came packaged and an easy to open bottle when I received it it was sealed for safety. There was no immediate displeasing order, and the capsule was easy to swallow. It seems to be made by natural products. I have taken quite a few multivitamins for one day vitamins it seems to do a good job for the limited time ticket in the day cause any abnormal side effects, I highly recommend.

I'm not one to wake up at 3, cold plunge, and work out for 2 hours all before starting my day. I'm a busy guy who doesn't have infinite time to spend on my health. I've been taking this along with my yogurt and granola breakfast, and I can't say I feel like Superman, but I feel good and awake these days. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good quality mens multi.

It’s convenient to only need one pill a day, and I feel like it gives me a good boost of energy without any stomach issues. I can't say how effective this is as something like this would need 4-6 months to properly test and Influenster only gave me 30 days. Based on the Ingredients its got everything you would want or need from a multivitamin so definitely test it out if youre looking for one

I took this for the last 15 days and felt a great difference compared to my old vitamins. There is no nasty aftertaste and the bottle looks pretty good.
