Instructions: Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water with Salicylic Acid.
To Remove Eye Makeup: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing. Removes mascara better than the leading face make up wipes*.
To Cleanse Skin & Remove Face Makeup: Gently wipe pad all over face until skin is completely clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse
