This all-in-1 micellar cleansing water is a facial cleanser and eye makeup remover that is surprisingly powerful, yet gentle on skin. This micellar water face wash for all skin types effectively cleanses, removes makeup, and refreshes skin. Like a magnet, micelles capture and lift away dirt, oil and makeup without harsh rubbing. This face cleanser makeup remover for normal skin cleanses to remove makeup and leaves skin with a matte and natural finish with no greasy residue. Garnier micellar water is gentle on skin and can be used as an eye makeup remover. Removes mascara better than the leading face makeup wipes*. This gentle cleanser is approved by Cruelty-Free International, vegan, oil-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free, sulfate-free and silicone-free. Suitable for all skin types, even sensitive.
Instructions: Pour onto cotton pad until fully saturated. Gently wipe pad across face to cleanse and remove face makeup. To remove eye makeup, hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. Use daily. No need to rinse. Removes mascara better than the leading face make up wipes*.

I bought this one and didn’t realize it didn’t have the same power as the bottle with the blue lid. Won’t take off waterproof makeup at all. Useless. I’ll be giving this one away and getting another bottle of the waterproof remover.

I love how well the micellar water works to remove makeup however, I can't get over the smell. This is my second bottle and they both smell like mold/mildew. Just a very earthy dirt like smell. Is this normal??
