Q: The bulb shape is listed as A19 under "Specifications" but as A21 under "Description". Also, the main photo shows A21 but another photo shows A19. Which is the correct shape?

Q: Exactly what size is the "medium base"? I need E27 for my lamp, E26 won't fit (Yes, it's a 110V socket, the manual even specifies E26, but every E26 I've tried has been too short). Anyone know which these are?

I tried both bulbs, and they both emitted a very, very loud high-pitched whine at all brightness levels. Even at full brightness (directly plugged into a lamp with no dimming). LOUD! Not compatible with modern dimming switches. The dimmers fail to "start" the bulb to turn it on, so the dimmers have to re-attemp a startup. This means the bulb won't turn on using a dimmer switch. Even if the dimmer is at maximum brightness, there is a 1-2 second delay for the LED to turn on. This is the same performance I found in those crappy Feit bulbs that where half the price for a pack of 10. Get the Feit brand, since those are the same poor quality but way cheaper.

Hello,Jon. We appreciate your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear this happened. It seem as though there is a compatibility issue between the bulb and dimmer. In order for the bulbs to dim properly, you would need a compatible dimmer switch.
