Never worked. I tried it at work and my devices could find it but couldn’t set up fully due to corporate WiFi. Managed to Reset it successfully, Brought it home, & tried again. now it isn’t even discoverable in the Cync or Google apps. Tried manually resetting all the ways & it does nothing. I’m so mad since I already threw out the box so I can’t return it. 🙄

The bulbs were easy to set with no hardware needed.They’re dimmable, voice and out-of-home controlled. They paired easily with our Google home mini and Wi-Fi. Great for when you want to come home with lights already on, not so great when you are home and try to turn your lights on manually.

Sometimes we go out & forget to leave a light in for the dogs. I can be anywhere & turn the lights on. Cool, right? So we put them in the lamps in the living room. My kids were home and couldn’t turn the lights on because they don’t have the app & they no longer work with the switch. So everyone has to have the app for these to work. I ended up taking them out because that just didn’t work for us. I will probably put one back in in the winter when it gets dark early but not being able to turn them on traditionally is a pain.

Oh well, once you commit to downloading the app the bulbs are super simple to setup and change colors.
