Q: How do you get the pump to unlock and disoense soap?

A: Hi Curious and frustrated - Thank you for reaching out. To unlock, firmly hold the bottle. Then twist the top of the pump clockwise until it locks into the ‘open’ position. Press down to dispense. For further guidance, kindly reference ‘stop’ and ‘open’ position on the top of the pump. Hope this helps! - Kris

The fragrance is relatively light, which I don’t mind, but the bigger issue is the consistency of the soap—it feels watered down. It doesn’t lather well, and I find I have to use quite a bit to either remove a scent from my hands or clean off anything with more substance. It performs more like a lower-end hand soap in that regard. Also, the pump was difficult to open, even when following the twist directions.

Smell is soo bad and pungent. Dried out my hands like crazy after one wash, I immediately tossed it out. My sink still smells of it. It’s not even a nice shea butter and coconut smell, nothing is soothing on the skin for my hands to be that dry

The soap is fine, although I probably wouldn’t buy it again. If you’re looking for a cheap soap to keep in a guest bathroom, this is it. Or, if, like me, you’re a poor college student, this will clean your hands. I’m just not a fan of the weird jelly texture that comes with most cheap liquid hand soaps. It’s like partially set jello? I used the whole bottle so it wasn’t THAT bad, but I can’t realistically afford to buy something else because I didn’t quite LOVE it, y’know?
