A: Our sauces are designed for hot beverages. While the sauce is thick it can be used in hot beverages. I will require stirring.

This is my favorite sauce to use in my coffee! The packaging helps it stand out from others. It is also a very good price. The texture is pretty thick so you don’t need a lot of it

Way better than Hersheys chocolate syrup, and yet not as good as just a plain Ghirardelli chocolate bar. Def a premium sauce though, and much thicker than the other syrups out there. Looks great on a sundae, nice and rich.

Mold far before the expiration date. Only knew because it’s so thick I opened the cap to scoop out easily and saw the mold!

This chocolate texture is perfect for me when I make designs in my lattes for customers! You get a good bit of product if you use it not so often like me and just for design. This brands pretty pricey, but it’s a go to when we run out of our usual mocha. Personally, the mocha flavor for this brand isn’t quite my favorite. But I’m also not a big chocolate lover

The sauce tastes great but why in the world did they make it this thick and refuse to dispense? It just congeals to the bottom of the bottle. And it is even worse once you open it because you have to refrigerate it. You never get more than half the bottle out before it refuses to let any more out. This stuff needs to be runnier for it to be considered a sauce. Because as it is you may just call it a chocolate bar. I tried adding water to it and it didn’t even want to mix it was too solid.

Don't buy from target. It must have been stored improperly and moisture got in, causing mold to grow. I sent a Pic of the seal, with the mold visible, to ghirardelli, and they confirmed that's what it was.

Love the chocolate sauce from this brand is very very good and quality and quantity of the bottle design to how much you get of the sauce is very good. It is little bit pricey compared to other brands but it tastes so much better

I made a hot chocolate bar for my kids at Christmas. And this is a staple! Nothing like drizzling chocolate sauce over whip cream on a hot chocolate! I’ve had other chocolate sauces but the Ghirardelli is the best.

You can't get half of it out of the bottle because it's way too thick. I even store it upside down and pound it on the counter. No idea why they would put this consistency in a bottle when it very clearly belongs in a jar. I like the flavor but would not buy again.

Good chocolate but this is wasteful. It requires refrigeration and the bottle is stiff so it’s nearly impossible to get out. After squeezing and sticking a knife in I think I still had 15-20% of the product stuck inside.

Why would Ghirardelli do this to us? They say, hey guys, here’s some delicious, real chocolate without the nasty ingredients that other companies have… go ahead! Enjoy! Then they sit back and laugh watching us try to get it out of the bottle… Can you hear them?? This is their joy. I’m 39 years old and I can load a refrigerator into my truck without help and I’m over here squeezing the life out of this bottle to get the chocolate out.. then I have to resort to getting a butter knife and looking like a maniac, eventually making a mess.. wondering what my life has become. Was it so hard to put this chocolate into something with a tapered nozzle? A squeezable pouch body? Anything to help us out?? For $6 it would be nice to not have to feel like I’m making my own chocolate syrup by squeezing hard chocolate blocks… my hands need a nap

This is so disappointing because this tastes really good but you can’t get to it! It’s hard to squeeze in general but after it’s been refrigerated it’s impossible. You have to dig it out with a knife.

I love Ghirardelli chocolate and thought this product would be a great item to purchase. I only gave at least two stars for the taste! But, it's virtually impossible to get the chocolate sauce out of this container! It is nice and thick which is good! But, for crying out loud use some common sense and put such a thick substance in a container where it can be scooped out then! Expecting customers to squeeze it out of this container is just sadistic!

I did like the taste of the product but the bottle is not functional. It was so hard to squeeze it out. I ended up tossing it out after a quarter of the way through.
