This is my favorite wax. I use it in my eyebrows and body. It says microwaveable wax but I never get the right consistency using the microwave. Instead I place the container in a pot of water over the stove until the wax is the right consistency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In case you don't know you can wax at home & save a ton of time and money!! I have been using this same microwave wax for about 20 years. The only other thing you need is a microwave (obviously) a roll of muslin or pre cut muslin strips and wooden applicator sticks (like popsicle sticks). You pop it in the microwave for 1 minute lightly mix and go to work! After I'm done I apply coconut oil on the waxed area to remove any excess wax that I may have missed and it also keeps the area moisturized. I've saved no telling how much money in 20 years by waxing at home!!

It doesn't have an overpowering smell it smells sweet. Its great for a do it at home wax. Save some money and do it yourself.

They work have never had issues with breaking out etc. I bought this for my personal use at home since it's less clutter to have an very quick and easy to setup and clean up. Do you ever get the perfect consistency? No lol it's usually too hard or very watery but just keep stirring and it gets less watery. So yes it's messy a bit so definitely be patient and like anything else with time you get the hang of it! I usually pop in for 1 min 30 seconds and keep stirring like crazy and it works apply and bam a clean hairless brow lip etc.

I'm trying hard wax as shaving makes it worse. But this didn't work. 3 stars because it took way longer to heat up than stated in instructions which said don't heat for more than a minute but I had to if I wanted to use it.

But read instructions or watch a video before using so you know what you're working with. The price isn't bad but it has gone up. It is super easy to use. Oh and yes don't heat up too much it will burn you learned my lesson so read instructions you'll be ok. I definitely recommend it if you been wanting to wax at home.
