Miss the old formula. This wax is a mess. Doesn't pull hair like the old formula did. Please bring the old one back. Save yourself time and money and get something different.

Sugar wax is so much better than regular wax! Its very easy to clean up and the ingredients are much better. I like the way my skin feels after, so smooth. Product also comes with some kind of oil for after waxing.

It was easy to use once I got the hang of it. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I think the kit should come with more strips to remove the wax. However, they are reusable, which is awesome. I definitely will be buying this product in the future.

It’s especially difficult on your face and areas that are warmer than usual because the wax doesn’t set enough to pull off. It leaves pieces behind, I will not be purchasing this product.

It definitely had a bit of a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, using it was a breeze. My underarms are softer than they’ve ever been!

It was way easier to use than I had anticipated, and the amount of wax will last at least a year after first glance and application. I wish it came with prep instructions, or some cooling gel for after/instructions on after care. This was my first time using it so it definitely missed hair, but I’m blaming that on user error. I can’t wait to try this on my lip and legs!

It's less painful than others that I have tried but still stings. that is to be expected when ripping your hair out. I will say it sure gets messy. Maybe I will get better with time. At least clean up is easy. I like that the ingredients are natural and don't irritate my skin. I would like to continue using this to see if it helps reduce hair growth in my underarms and bikini zone.
