Sally Hansen Snip & Use Wax Strips for Face and Body - 10ct

I switched to these from another brand and hate them. They don’t get all the hair, they rip my skin and hurt more than others. Going back to the previous ones.

They changed the strips and it rips my skin now. It was perfect before. Please bring the previous strips back.

This is a terrible product! The "wax" is gooey, thick and sticks to everything it touches. And, really, two little packets of azulene oil? Not enough at all.

Horrible. Less product for the price. Burned badly after using.

I’ve been using these strips for over 20 years without any issue, and I bought this pack not realizing the formula had changed. I decided to clean up my lip and eyebrows quickly before bed and ended up tearing skin in multiple spots.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these to wax my armpits and it took 98% of the hair before I just decided to shave the rest because my skin was so raw. I wax other parts of my body with this and I don’t have this reaction on my legs. But the skin is so sensitive afterwards on my armpits. It’s still irritated after two days. I am sticking to just shaving my pits and waxing my legs and Brazilian. I have not used this on my lady parts because this feels like it hurts more than some other Sally Hanson wax kits. I do give this a ton of credit for being convenient. I just don’t enjoy having to wax, and relax the same area because it wreaks havoc on my skin. My hair is thicker on my legs yet it works better there. I am giving 4 stars because it hurt more than other waxes I have tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit comes with six wax strips, two azulene oil finishing wipes that removes the wax residue, plus instructions on how to use. The wax strips come with dotted lines on it so you can select and trim the strip size needed to wax your face or body. I decided to do my legs because I have fine and coarse hair on them. The instructions said you can use the same strip more than once during a single treatment until it no longer adheres to the skin. The first time I used the wax strip, it didn't seem that sticky. I used it twice, and I had to get a new one to use. It didn't hurt when I ripped it off my leg. And it cause any irritation. I saw a few fine hairs on the wax strip. It didn't remove any of my coarse hairs on my leg. The wax strip didn't seem to adhere to my leg very well. I took out one of the azulene oil wipes and wiped the area I waxed to remove the wax residue. These wipes worked really well and removed all of the stickiness on my legs. These are infused with a blend of vitamin E and avocado oil. Unfortunately, I wouldn't buy this product. I was really surprised the wax strips didn't adhere very well. Sally Hanson needs to make these strips more sticky. That way, whenever I pull the strip off, I get more hair. Plus, give me a nice smooth hairless leg. I almost used the entire box on one leg. I ended up throwing in the towel and finished removing the hairs with my razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have pcos and wanted to get my dark chin hairs that I get. I waited a few days and didn’t shave or pluck. I had a forest, and only 1 hair came out when I waxed, I tried a whole strip, cut it up and tried it different ways. No Bueno.
