Clean shave, yeah cool. The scars and ingrown hairs I get every time I use Gillette razors, not cool. Your gel strips are trash, stop putting them on all your widely accessible razor heads. It gunks up the blades, it irritates skin, it traps hair follicles. It also causes pores to become trapped and leads to breakouts. I'm writing this because every time I've had this issue, specifically with Gillette, my most recent shave I got over 8 DEEP ingrown hairs and multiple clogged pores. Bic disposable razors are better because you can crack off the strip when they have them and theyre just as common.

Like all of our other razors, our ProGlide was designed to impress and get you the premium smooth shave that you deserve. We're so sorry to hear about your experience, and with safety being at the heart of everything we do, this isn't what we'd expect to hear. While we're sure you know this already, using warm water and a pre-shave works best. The helps the lubrication strip protect your skin and allow it to glide over your skin removing the hairs. We also recommend using light and gentle strokes and rinsing throughout the shave to prevent any clogs. Your safety is important to us, and we'd love to hear from you about this and your past experiences. We can be reached at 800-445-5388.
