Gourmia 6 Speed Wide Mouth Juice Extraction with Self-Clean: Stainless Steel Juicer, 800W, Dishwasher-Safe Parts

The very first time I used this juicer, after 1 apple and two carrors, it flooded, it. It produced no juice, instead, all the juice was collecting under the filter. What you see in the pic was 4 apples, 3 carrots, a mango, and 2 apricots. It was a total waste of product. This is not to mention that at first, it didn't even turn on. I had to dissassemble and reassemble it in order for it to start. This was a mess all over the kitchen. This piece of garbage is going back and I have to now go through the trouble of carrying this huge box to UPS to send taht crap back. Just awful. How can anyone make this? Did anyoje ever test it? And the reviews for this horrific thing were good!!!! I'm dumbfounded! No wayb those were real! So, how can you tell? Well.... this one is real, I guarantee you and if they don't remove it, then at lest I will warn some people to stay away from this horror. Disappointed!!

Opened the box and it was obviously used. Wish I took a pic but didn’t even bother getting it entirely out of the box. Brought back to the store and what’s worse is there weren’t anymore and I used my rewards. The cashier didn’t let me know that I couldn’t get my rewards back. Looked at my receipt came back in to ask and apparently since I already just asked to put it on my card it’s too late. Waste of money and time. Oh and the protection I bought for it I only got half back for an item I didn’t even get to use.

It’s a good product. If you’re a beginner at juicing this a good machine to start with. Dice your fruits and veggies up small when using this machine…👍🏾

I purchased this Gourmia juicer from Target and was really happy with it at first — until it started smoking after just 5 months of use. I used it responsibly and only a few times a week, so I was shocked when it suddenly stopped working and began to emit smoke. Clearly a safety issue. Target couldn’t offer a refund or exchange since it was past the return window, so I reached out to Gourmia customer service. They opened a ticket and asked me to clip the plug and send a photo — but I had already disposed of the product after it smoked up (for safety reasons), and no one ever told me I had to keep it (I spoke to a rep on Sunday). Now I’m left with no refund, no replacement, and a bad experience. I also have photos of the product and issue, but Gourmia has been completely unresponsive since opening the ticket. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I trusted both the brand and the store to stand behind the product. I expected better support and accountability. Would not recommend — not safe, not durable, and no real customer care.

It takes too much of the fruits away. I got less than 2 ounces from a nice big apple. Maybe works better on other fruits and vegetables.

I would have rather spent more to get a machine that function better.

The day this juicer broke, I used it a total of 3 times. I juiced celery, carrots, and cucumbers. This is just not a good product. The pictures show the message while I was juicing. It leaked. On this occasion I had to take it apart and clean it every time a did a few celery or cucumbers.

Don't buy this. It has broken down after less than 3 months of household use. Very poor quality item. Works amazing for a couple weeks then it starts to fade away. It continuously shuts down during operation.

It doesn’t breakdown food and vegetables as stated. It’s makes very little of anything that’s put into it.

Don’t waste your time or money. I was able to blend my fruits and get more juice than what I did from this juicer.

Juicer stopped working after a couple of uses. Randomly turns off or stop juicing or both. Works great when it works, but I would not recommend this product.

It does juice but there’s still a lot of juice going into the waste(fruit solids) as well. Chunks of fruit not being juiced. Just wasted

The quality is not good. I was only able to get a cup and after the second use i can’t even get half a cup using the same amount of fruit.

Terrible juicer ! I have to keep pressing the power button in order for it to turn on ! I will be returning this!

Less than one star. Leaks n doesnt work. Cant use an electric product that has liquid dripping down the sides and into the digitial display. 100% not satisfied. 100% unhappy with purchase. Do not buy not worth the savings. Splurge on a juicer that has a locked in juice catcher with no leaks at least. More leaked out than went in the pitcher. Not worth the sa ings. Splurge on an non leqking secure parts juicer.... Gourmia should go back to the R&D board. Rating would be 0 if possible because the function and point of the juice is a fail.

It looks nice and I wanted to love it, but I just don’t. Large pieces of my apple and even cucumber were found in the waste and there are also tiny pieces in the juice and lots and lots of foam. It was also hard to get the top part to line up so I could snap the lid on. My husband looked over and made a face and said “That seems really cheesy.”

It worked ok the first use, but kept getting clogged. I made sure to do it exactly as directions said. The second time, it worked a little and then wouldn’t even turn on.

Didn’t get to use juicer. When I first brought it and set it up. Juicer would not work. Did return! Easy return and I wanted to like the product.
