Wonderful stuff!
This cleansing balm is wonderful and this order was for my second container as I've literally scraped the bottom of the barrel on my first. This balm literally melts the makeup off my face and even takes off my eye makeup without burning my eyes. I'm glad I was convinced to try this a few months back. I was a bit skeptical because I have very sensitive eyes but the salesperson was right - no burning at all. I love the way it makes my skin feel afterwards....not greasy but sort of dewy.

Removes all makeup easily and leaves skin hydrated.
I loved this product! I've tried several other cleansers before, but even after massaging them into my skin, there was always some makeup residue left. They just weren't strong enough to remove sunscreen and foundation. This product, on its own (without using the second liquid cleanser for double cleansing), was able to remove all my makeup. It melts perfectly into your skin, creating a thin layer that effortlessly dissolves any makeup. After using it, my face feels hydrated and refreshed.

Love It
A little goes a long way in this make up remover. Comes with its own scoop inside the lid. I have the unscented and love it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I've been using this as a makeup removing balm prior to washing my face and I love it. It smells great, works like a charm, and its the perfect first product to kick off cleansing. I have somewhat sensitive skin & this has not upset my face at all.

I hate splashing my face with water
I bought this because I hate splashing my face with water. With this, I just spread a sparing amount over my face, massage it around, then wipe it away with a hot damp cloth and immediately moisturize. This will be so helpful for someone like me who is sensory sensitive but wants to get their skincare accomplished

AWFUL reformulation
The original melting balm in the white container was my holy grail. I wear lots of waterproof items and it's important that my makeup breaks down before I go in with a facewash. I was skeptical about the new formula but still gave it a shot. First off, the balm does not met like it used to. I end up still having clumps. Second, you have to use a LOT more product to even get some of your makeup to budge. Third, it just didnt seem to melt my waterproof mascara off like it used to. This is so disheartening as nothing else on the market compared. I will no longer purchase this balm as the price is not worth the mediocre product. For those of you who loved the OG, I suggest trying out Naturiums cleaning balm (purple container). Its pretty close, but you still need to really rub that mascara!

Reformulation is AWFUL
I always used the original formula (white container) and absolutely loved the product. I ran out and only the reformulated (green container) was available. I didnt think much and bought it and used that evening. For starters it doesnt melt like the original, it still had small pieces that just stayed in mini clumps. It did not remove my eye makeup and just smeared it around. I dont even wear waterproof stuff! I did notice a slight tingling/burning feeling and omg my eyes!! They were irritated for a few hours, mainly my lids and around them. My face did feel smooth but definitely not worth the price or irritation. Im returning this tonight and will have to find another go to face wash. Unless you find the original formula I'd stay away.

This is as advertised!
I love this product! I read a wirecutter review saying it was good for all skin types and with dry skin I was skeptical, but it is true. It comes with a scoop for getting out the product and removes makeup without pulling harshly on your skin leaving it feeling soft and smooth. Go buy it right away!

it's okay :)
it gets the job done, but I find myself needing to follow up with another cleanser every time. and it DOES NOT remove my waterproof eyeliner and mascara 😭 for the price I bought it at it feels a little like a rip off, so I will not be purchasing again unfortunately.

Amazing!
Found myself breaking out because I wasn't properly removing my sunscreen. Found this during a spontaneous visit and decided to give it a try. Instantly noticed my skin feeling cleaner and my pores have been minimized and my oily skin kept in place. Really great product and certainly recommend for super sensitive skin.

Yuka Yes, Mascara No
For those looking for a Clean ingredient, Cruelty free, fragrance free Cleansing balm this is a good option. It removes makeup, SPF layers, and excess impurities from the skin. I loved using it as a slip layer for dermaplaning, and it did NOT itritate my skin or eyes. However With the price point of nearly $40 (almost $12 per oz), not effectively removing mascara, and leaving a film on the skin when it shouldn't, I wouldn't repurchase.

Great product
Wasn't a big fan of any cleansing balm but this one is perfect for me! Feels great on the skin- a little goes along way. Light and the fragrance is super nice.

Takes of makeup and leaves face feeling clean, but not dry
I love this balm! I have been using Vaseline to take my make up off since I was in high school, which worked by always left a greasy residue - not this stuff! Takes make up off gently, but efficiently and leaves skin feel soft and oh so clean!

Hate the new formula
I loved the original formula, used the new one twice and my skin was so red and irritated. So disappointing.

Miss the old formula
I hate that they reformulated it. It was the perfect no residue, balm to oil remover. Now instead of turning into an oil it turns a bit more greasy, kind of reminiscent of petroleum jelly. It's still a good product, but not perfect.

My favorite makeup remover
I've used a few viral makeup remover products (marketing works on me 😅) and this one has been my favorite. It feels good on the skin and always takes the make up off without issue. Just to be transparent: I don't use setting spray. So I don't know how this would work against that.

Awful reformulation
This product was my go-to for years. The new formula smells, its waxy, it barely melts makeup, and its difficult to remove. The old formula was a dream. I will never purchase this product again.
