A: Great question! To put it simply, no, I don't show any plastic pieces that come in contact with the water as the interior is stainless steel.

Q: I wanted to know if the color of this electric kettle a true white or ivory. It is listed as white, however the other Haden kettles are listed as ivory white.

A: I just received this today. The color I ordered said white. It is actually cream and says cream on the box it came in. I was hoping that it was cream so I am happy with it. It is beautiful.

I love the KitchenAid Electric Kettle but do not like the price tag. This is essentially the same thing at a lower price point. The quality is great! Solid materials and construction, easy to use. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone in the market for an electric kettle.

I love this tea pot! It’s soooo retro and perfect! It works exactly as it should! I just love it! It’s sooooo pretty!!!! The only thing I don’t like is the lid. But I just pour the water in through the spout and I have no problem s ☺️!

I went to use my tea pot yesterday and the lever broke. It would not turn on so I plugged it into different outlets to see if it was an outlet issue. It burned out/shorted 5 of our kitchen outlets. The design is beautiful and I loved it until it broke. The return policy expired one month ago so I can't return it. Disappointing.

Fantastic tea kettle! Despite another persons poor review on the length of time it takes to heat the water, that is incorrect! Within a few minutes the water is bubbling hot. Automatic shut off is a great idea. I would highly recommend this tea kettle to anyone. I love the fact that I can leave the base plugged in and left the tea kettle off.
