STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. I have type 4 hair and used this in addition to my routine. When getting out the shower by hair was MATTED. I’ve never had a product make my hair this way. I know it’s this products that did it because i’ve never had this issue with the other products DO NOT BUY

Turned my hair green
Plz do not spend ur money on this! i got my hair toned last week and wanted something to keep the color vibrant so i bought the espresso shade of this… and it turned my hair a dark green color. i had to shampoo it about 10 times for it to get any better and it is still pretty disgusting looking :( idk what to do now!

Not what i was looking for.
I got the espresso and made my hair black. If you want to go dark then i would recommend, the hair is shiny. Is just not what i wanted, i wanted the expreso look like described on the pictures online. I have included before and after pictures.

Hair loss, tub stains
Pictured is maybe about half of the hair that I lost just from rinsing my hair out with water, no brush. I then lost about the same amount again from brushing my hair out shortly after rinsing and drying it. I’ve never lost this much hair from just using hair dye at home. Not to mention it took me about 30 minutes of rinsing my hair out with water before the water started looking even SLIGHTLY clear. I only had the product in my hair for about 8-10 minutes too. Stained my white bathtub purple/blue, most of it came off with some bleach and scrubbing but there’s still a light blue tint permanently stuck to the tub. Thanks. Overall, don’t recommend.

Save your money!
Don’t buy this product! It didn’t do anything for my hair, left it the same. Application sucks, doesn’t apply easily rather dries up quickly. I wouldn’t recommend this product!

Color is good, application is not
The color payoff was great, it did take my reddish brown hair to a jet black. My hair doesn’t feel damaged. However the texture of the product is not ideal for applying to dry hair. It’s thick and sticky and immediately matted into my hair. No real ability to massage it in or spread it. Definitely still have a few sections that are a little red from this. It doesn’t feel conditioning at all, it actually feels more like a permanent dye in application. Should have read reviews before trying it, I would have gone with a different brand or bought 2 tubes. I have mid-back length hair with 50% of it shaved into an undercut and 1 tube just barely did my whole head. Maybe if you mix it with conditioner or apply it when your hair is damp it’ll work better.

Just okay
I already had darker brown hair but I do feel like this made it a little darker and more even. It did also add a lot of shine. It was more blue than expected and it did stain my tub a little bit so I had to clean it right away. Over all I think it’s just ok.

The only thing this product did is stain my bathroom. Left on 20+ min. Very difficult to apply because it’s so thick. No color deposit on hair, no difference in shine or color. My shower is completely stained blue/black from the espresso color.

HORRIBLE DO NOT RISK YOUR HAIR
I bought the clear glaze and used it one time on clean, dry hair. It was on my head for no more than 15 minutes and burned my scalp and irreparably damaged my hair. It did worse damage than years of platinum bleaching. My hair was very healthy and is now knotted, ratty, coarse. I have to avoid washing it to prevent myself from pulling chunks out. Repeatedly trying to correct the damage with masks and K18 - even if this was a faulty bottle or an atypical reaction it is NOT worth the risk
