From simple, quick things to a little more complex mixing. You can easily whip or mix ingredients. The fact that it has the storage capability for the attachments is also a plus. No more digging through drawers to find them. It is compact but very powerful. The storage also keeps your attachments clean. It is easy to use, compact, powerful and lightweight. Can stand on end, , easy on and off buttons. Very good product to help in the kitchen.

We like that it has a case on the bottom to hold the beaters and whisk that came with it. We have also made mashed potatoes with it and it works so beautifully.

The wire whip works great for whipping cream and similar. It stands up well on the back side. Also has a bowl rest that is convenient. The cord is sufficient length. The blades and cord store nicely in a case with the unit on top. It all fits inside easily to keep it neat and all together.

It is a heavy duty little mixer and that is great to where I don’t have to bring out my big stand mixer as I don’t have a lot of counter space living in a fifthwheel trailer as a full time RV’er this is just perfect.

Inserting was easy and ejecting was easy. The mixer did not sit in the case that well. I had to maneuver a few times, and it still did not sit evenly in the case. Mixer was very loud.

The boost function helps to make sure you have everything blended in with minimal loss of dry ingredients. When stowed, it takes up about as much space as a few cans of soup. I would gladly purchase this as a gift for someone.

Its very easy to add and remove the beaters. The unit itself is powerful, but very light weight to operate. I like that you can rest it on the bowl. Very unhappy that straight wire beaters showed signs of rust after only one washing(by hand, no abrasives used).
