When cooking or baking, she thaws a bag then measures the contents into a 1/4 measuring or custard cup at a time. A 1/4 cup equals one jumbo egg. She and her husband have been preparing eggs that way for 2-1/2 years. They can also be wisked and frozen 1egg at a time then thawed. They buy the eggs at DashMart. My friend lives in Texas but there are now 5 DashMarts in Georgia. Just check the eggs before taking them home to because none are broken.
