Hamilton Beach MultiBlend Kitchen System with Blender and Food Processor 53520G

I really like the smaller size of this set up. I can easily switch out the blender and food processor. The system works well and is easy to use.

The Hamilton Beach 53520 is an amazing blender. We are very happy with its multi functionality and features.

My sister bought a Hamilton Beach blender for me and it is missing the Travel Jar.

Tried to blend smoothies and love the consistency.

Product worda as it should, and the cost was a great price. But the item is all plastic except for the blades. Its unfortunate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having this little kitchen blender system. It is helpful for small meals and smoothies. I use the smoothie part the most. It is powerful enough to blend frozen fruits. The spoon it came with is perfect for pushing down whatever I need to be blended. The food processor attachment has been useful as well. I love that it came with a disc that has two sides. One side for chopping, the other side for slicing and shredding. The disc is great for cutting veggies. All of the pieces are easy to clean. They are dishwasher safe, but I have only hand-washed them.

After boiling use the food processor to slice and shred some of the potatoes then put them into the blender for a quick short blend to help get the mashed part started. Then they they were mashed with a potato masher. Super helpful. There are five different functions of the food processor, slice, shred, puree, wet chop, dry chop. The noise level is not overwhelming when using it. The jar is also not too large and hold 48oz and the overall footprint is only about 6x8in. It comes with a handle to push down and mix the contents a bit when in use so everything gets processed.

It is nice and shiny and looks great on the counter. This one of the quietest blenders that I have ever had the pleasure of using. It actually “whispers,” compared to other blenders that I have used, which is great for making early-morning smoothies without waking up the whole house. This is a major selling point for me because I usually hold off on blending early in the morning out of consideration for sleeping family members. This blender is made of extremely lightweight plastic and is easy to lift, especially for those of us with arthritis and/or carpal-tunnel syndrome. It is quite compact and easy to bring along on outings to make smoothies and frozen drinks. It performs adequately and is a handy little appliance to keep on the counter for a quick puree or smoothie, but, for heavy-duty blending and food-processing tasks, it just does not have the power of the high-performance workhorses that sell for upwards of $300. That being said, The Hamilton Beach Multiblend Kitchen System with Blender and Food Processor 53520 is a very capable addition to any kitchen at a price that is gentle on the wallet.

On top of working as a standard blender, it also has an attachment to make it work as a food processor, which we found to be quite convenient. The silver finish also matched my stainless steel appliances nicely. It was also pretty easy to clean, or at least easier than our old blender. Overall, this combination blender worked quite well, and I would recommend it.

I make lots of milkshakes for the family and the pour spout makes it easier than my last one. When it says MultiBlend system it does it all from smoothies, shredding, slicing, purée and more . Great product to add to your kitchen . You won’t be disappointed.

I love that I can use one appliance for blending and chopping. I love how it chops my vegetables. And the way it blends my favorite cocktails so smoothly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the blender portion of the product; I already have a separate Hamilton Beach food processor. I use it mainly for protein shakes and smoothies. It has a done a good job combining the ingredients. It is also lightweight. I like the light plastic blender jar. The base is also light but sturdy enough that you can leave the unit running without having to hold it with your hands. I also like the pulse button because you can transition into blending with less of an explosive mess. I haven't tried it for heavier ingredients like veggies or thicker purees. I also like the lid; it can fit tightly if needed and has a spout.

So very easy to use - and swap it from food processor to blender - and does a wonderful job shredding, grating, mixing, blending, slicing...just for starts. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with the space saving concept of the Multiblend kitchen system. I used it to puree some soups, mix smoothies and tried the food processor for my onions and vegetables. I don't use a food processor often but I love having it as part of the system. It also had no problem making smoothies with some of the fruits that were very firm. The Stir spoon is very convenient. The only drawback for me was I do prefer a glass blender jar. It has a nice look to it and so far had more than enough power and versatility for my needs and I would recommend it.
