I’ve been on a hunt for a coffee maker that actually brews coffee grounds cold into my cup, you’d think itd be easier to find with how popular iced coffee is but it hasn’t been, this has been quite the surprise, I’d say my only complaint is that I can’t make more than a cup at a time and they don’t really make paper coffee filters small enough to fit in the mesh filter (I was looking for something for easier clean up) and that once it starts getting towards the end of Brew I notice its not able to saturate the coffee grounds all the way so sometimes it can cause a portion of what being brewed at the end to be watered down, I usually just shut the coffee maker off when I see this happening.

Wasn't sure if I would be happy after using Keurig for so long but I absolutely love it. Its compact and very easy to use and clean.

I bought this thinking the coffee would not change temperature very much when using the cold brew setting, but THE COFFEE ALWAYS COMES OUT WARM when you use the cold setting. I've tried it with the bold and without the bold setting but it's still always warm. I read the user manual and does have a notice that the coffee doesn't truly come out cold, but I wasn't expecting what essentially feels like a Keurig coffee that has been sitting for 10 minutes. If you add ice to the coffee when it's finished it will melt and water it down. Based on what I found, is the cold brew setting always uses hot water at the beginning of the brew process. For the hot coffee setting, it essentially makes this machine a Keurig with a K-cup cage for your own coffee grounds. At that point you're just better off getting a Kuerig. This machine is also very sensitive, and it would take me multiple tries of unlocking and relooking the nozzle to get it to work on multiple occasions. Even if you hear the nozzle lock into position, you would start to brew then stop and blink a light at you. At first, it was very unclear what the light meant until I finally tried resetting the nozzle a couple times. It can be very annoying because after a few resets and retries, the coffee grounds lost most of their flavor and you have to replace them. I have had this for just over 6 months and it already seems like it has failed. The machine starts to brew but stops and blinks a light - I've tried resetting the nozzle multiple times, trying less grounds, replacing the water, etc. At this point I'm so disappointed in this thing that I'm not even interested in having it replaced. Sharing this in hopes that other's don't waste their money on this and end up disappointed too.

Makes extremely watered down coffee and stopped working after 2 days. Would not recommend

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I should have payed attention to the reviews where they were all given a coffee maker in exchange for a review. This coffee maker made the most watered down coffee I have ever had in my life. To make it hot you have to hit the bold button first then brew button, otherwise it’l be as cold as the iced coffee button. Returned this the next day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Hamilton Beach Convenient Craft Rapid Cold Brew and Hot Coffee maker for over a month now and I really like it. This coffee maker is smaller than a traditional coffeemaker and is designed for single servings and makes up to 16 oz of coffee in one brew cycle. This is a great option for those of us who don't need a full pot of coffee. The coffeemaker is a little more complicated to use than others I have used in the past, but it isn't something that keeps me from enjoying the machine. To use this coffee maker you first fill up the reservoir with water in the back. The brew basket is located in a small silver compartment, and you add your coffee grounds in here. Then you replace the lid and twist it, and this is the hardest part for me because you have to line up the notches just right on the cup or it will not fit back in the whole coffee machine. Sometimes it takes a few tries and it can be an inconvenience in the mornings and I wish this feature was changed but it's not bad enough to make me stop using this. Another amazing perk about this coffeemaker is that it uses a traditional brew basket with regular coffee grounds instead of specialty type pods so it makes using this machine a breeze and much more affordable than other options on the market. The hot coffee function is the one that gets used most often in my house, and it brews in just a few short minutes. Overall I really do enjoy this coffeemaker and in pleased to own it. I would recommend this product.

I like that it also brews hot coffee in 3 minutes. It uses ground coffee which is great because you don’t have to buy the coffee pods. It’s great that you can choose from regular or bold strength as well. I like that you can brew up to 16 ounces in a travel mug for on the go. Overall for the convenience it makes a nice cold brew at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker has a sleek design that’s easy to clean and can quickly brew a delicious cup of cold brew coffee in 6 minutes without having to wait usually 12 hours for it to be ready and a piping hot cup with bold or regular strength in 3 minutes by pushing the bold button and turning the selection knob to the desired setting. The water reservoir tank has the water level indicators for 8,12, and 16 oz servings inside the tank which makes it handy to fill accordingly. I like that I can use my regular coffee grounds in a removable filter. The brew basket lid and filter both have seals to keep water from leaking while brewing. The removable drip tray is great for smaller cups and mugs that can be pulled out to make room for travel cups. A few drops of coffee would sometimes splash out and land on the counter when I was brewing 16 oz. and at the end of the cycle but overall I love this easy to use machine for enjoying both hot & cold brewed coffee quickly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I are the only ones that drink coffee in our home. I really like that this coffee maker doesn't take up a lot of room. This has now become our new coffee maker. Our old one I put in the trash. I like everything about it. I love that it easy to fill with my favorite coffee grounds. The only think that I don't like about it is it is hard to see how much water is in the water revivor, you need to know this so you don't fill it too full and end up with weak coffee. I did buy a product that I put my coffee maker on that slides in and out so I can slide it back next to the wall after I am done filling the coffee maker with coffee grounds and water. I like that I can take with this with on the up coming ladies weekend I am going to. I recommend it.

I am a cold coffee drinker and sometimes I also want a hot cup so this was a perfect machine for both . This maker gives you cold or hot brew in minutes . You can use your favorite coffee grounds with this machine . I really liked that feature. It fit on my counter really nice cause it's not a bulky machine at all. It takes the machine about 5 to 6 min to get you a good cup of hot or cold coffee which does not take up alot of time . I switch it on in the morning when I am getting ready for work and put it into my travel mug. It fits perfect for this machine. all you have to do is remove the stand and your ready to go in your travel mug. The machine was really easy to figure out and almost anyone would be able to use it . If your a hot or cold coffee lover this is perfect for you .

I wanted to try it as I have a 10 cup coffee maker but don’t always need the 10 cup feature. I love this single brew coffee maker as you put exactly the amount of water you need to make your cup. No sitting stagnate water, it’s fresh water every time. As you use your own grinds in the washable filter, there is no plastic waste. I can make my coffee as regular or bold as I want and can add cinnamon to my coffee grinds for added flavor. I made hot and cold brew regular and herbal coffees. Either way the coffee tasted great. The single brew coffee maker is easy to take apart and clean. It’s now replaced my 10 cup coffee maker for everyday use.
