I'm not sure if something was changed in the formula but I purchased these about a year ago to help stop dandruff. Recently I was having horrible scalp issues that left me scratching and flaky and so I bought these again. Instead, while it helped with itchniess, I'm left with an extremely flaky head even after a few washes. Very sad because I used to love them :/

I have an oily scalp with flakes and was using a prescription shampoo. This is 1000% times better. No yucky smell like the original formula. This leaves my fine hair smelling fresh. Also- no more oily scalp or hair!! My hair and scalp feel descaled and my hair is SO soft and silky smooth! My hair almost feels weightless! People better start buying because Head and Shoulders can never discontinue this. My new holy grail.

This is my holy grail of all shampoos and conditioners. After struggling with scalp psoriasis for years, I finally found a shampoo that not only gets rid of my flakes, but also makes my hair feel stronger and healthier. Another benefit is this shampoo doesn’t strip my hair of any colour, or dull my already coloured hair. Really recommend for all my psoriasis baddies out there!!

Before I used this shampoo my hair was frizzy, kinda tangled, and not that soft but once I used this everything changed like my hair got softer, it’s not frizzy anymore, and it isn’t tangled I love it

I bought this set to help fix my built up itchy scalp after using herbal essence. After JUST ONE wash my hair felt so much better and looked normal again. I would highly recommend for anyone with any type of buildup or itchy scalp.

This helped a lot with the itchiness and flakiness I was experiencing on my scalp, but I didn't like how my hair looked/felt after using it. My hair felt like it was getting a lot of buildup and starting looking dirty faster than usual. It's probably too heavy of a shampoo/conditioner for my hair type.

I have tried several high end brands, and this one is by far the best. My hair is so soft and smooth now, and this has cleared up my dandruff and itchy scalp.

This made my scalp itchy and uncomfortable the next day. Also the main ingredient is considered toxic to organs. Which I only found out after buying it. I regret using this even if it was one time. I would recommend researching the ingredients of these dandruff shampoos and there effects on the body.

I know I'm pretty much a snob when it comes to beauty products. But shampoo and conditioner are the two products that you can bet I'm always picking up at target. I never stick with one brand too. I love trying out all the new products! I know that head and shoulders is a dandruff shampoo, but I also know a lot of people still use this duo even though they do not have dandruff. This shampoo is also supposed to help with frizz and nourishing your hair with intense moisture.I applied this shampoo and conditioner to my wet hair, obviously in the shower and what I immediately noticed was how rough it made my hair feel. It was like straw but it just didn't feel as silky smooth as it usually does when I wash it with hydrating shampoo and conditioner. I thought that was odd and at that point I was like 'oh no, I'm not going to like this when my hair is dry". I was however enjoying the scent of the shampoo and conditioner it was a nice fruity floral that was light and delicate. After I blew out my hair I noticed that my hair was indeed silky smooth and super soft! Which was such a relief, I thought I was going to have a bad hair day for the rest of the day but I ended up with a really good hair day! Also, I am happy to report that the beautiful scent did not leave once my hair was dry! My hair looks, smells, and feels great!

I love this product however I wish the conditioner wasn't a smaller amount than the shampoo or that there was a way to just buy the conditioner on it's own like before.
