Nice storage bin, but missing the lid, unacceptable!

This hefty storage bin is a great size, it's sturdy, and it holds alot. I used curbside pickup, and they knowingly brought it out to me WITHOUT A LID, hence the 3 stars. Come on guys, did you think I wouldn't notice? If I didn't have the dog in the car with me at the time, and if I didn't need it immediately, I would not (should not) have accepted it. However, I did, so my bad. I should really return it or ask for a discount. So, I won't be buying this product again. The many reviews about the missing lid are legit. Unacceptable, Target!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Waited for half an hour and watched them come out 3 times without my order and gave other people their orders who had arrived after me. Went into the store and found out the tall lady with red hair had given it to the wrong person. When confronted, she couldn't even own up to the mistake and apologize. She even gave attitude towards me for confrontation about the issue.

These totes are fantastic! I’m replacing my other large totes that I have to lift and carry with these totes on wheels with a handle. I can move them around without hurting my 70 year old back . They are very sturdy and hold quite a bit of items. Every time they go on sale I add one more.
