Q: What are the interior dimensions at the bottom?
I purchased this tote with divider to organize all my gift bags. I put Christmas bags on one side, and all other bags on the other side. It has so much room and the perfect width. I appreciate that it’s clear and that the lid snaps shut.

I very specifically need a 28-in (minimum) container. the listing & the label on the container says it is supposed to be a fraction over 28. however, measuring at its widest exterior point, it's only 27.
