Never arrived

I never recived this product. I followed the instructions to report the product as missing and have not heard back even with following up over the phone. I am very bummed as I was looking forward to reciving this product and reviewing it.

Good value

For the price, it delivered on its promises: clear, quality sound; paired easily to my iPhone; working cable to charge and very portable. The portability is because of its size; about the size of a ping pong, it’s smaller than I expected. It’s from a company called Bitty Boomers, after all. My rating is a 4 because the lanyard that came with it doesn’t seem to be long lasting. The end, looping through one of the ears, had to be thin to get through making its durability questionable. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase.
