This German Stainless Steel set is very well made and all pieces are very sharp. One of my favorites is the serrated knife. Good value for a set of this quality.

This is a nice starter set for forged knives. Forging improves a knife's weight as well as giving it better edge retention (will stay sharp longer). It has great weight and balance, and I love the curved three rivet handle; very comfortable. With these two knives, you can chop small fruit and vegetables and the serrated utility is designed to cut through anything hard on the outside and soft on the inside, such as a tomato, orange or a roll.

Good combintion of knives which includes an additional ulility knife. Great size and shape for slicing medium sized fruits and vegetables. Forgerd Accent- Durable and sharp knives which are made to last! I like the full bolster which is the perfect resting spot for a safe grip. Nice silver cap detail. These are well balanced knives. Contoured three riveted handle is comfortable to hold.

This two piece prep set can accomplish a lot in the kitchen. The serrated blade is perfect for cutting tomatoes or anything with a hard exterior and soft interior. Prep knife works well for quick jobs, cutting a carrot over a soup pot or an apple for a snack. Knives are made of high quality steel so won't rust or tarnish.

This is a really nice set of small knives. A prep knife for mincing, dicing and chopping small fruits and vegetables and a 5" serrated utility knife for tomatoes and citrus fruit. These knives have full bolsters, full tang with triple rivet ergonmic handles. Are well balanced and sharp. Made from quality Stainless steel for ease of care.

Nice prep set
This is such a great Prep set. Prep knives are ideal for slicing, chopping fruit, veggies. A smaller blade and not as daunting in size, the Prep is still capable of doing the work of a bigger blade. With the set you get a straight edge Prep and serrated utility blade, both types you need in a kitchen. The handles have a nice contour to them for maximum comfort.
