I am very happy with this knife. The stainless steel construction is very strong and the blade is sharp. The handle is very comfortable to hold. The blade stays very sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain. It is the perfect size for everyday use and fits in my collection between the paring and Chefs knives.

I live in a studio apartment and have limited kitchen space. I purchased this knife because I liked the small size, and use it pretty much the same as a larger chef knife. Love the brushed metal, which keeps it from slipping out of wet hands. Nice bolster, and sharp edge that stays that way. Very comfortable grip and good looking design. Always get tons of compliments when I use it in front of friends and neighbor.

Graphite knives are a great way to get a forged knife made from high quality stainless steel at a vale price. The full stainless steel design is contemporary and easy to clean. The handle is brushed for a good grip even when it is wet. This six inch utility knife is a handy size when you don't need a full chef's knife but you still want something larger than a paring knife for your chopping or cutting task.

This 6" utility has a great weight and balance due to the forged, German steel construction. It also makes the steel harder, which will result in better edge retention. The sharp blade can tackle jobs both large and small. Small enough for shallots and garlic and large enough to slice up an onion.

Great basic. This knife is made from Geman Steel and has a full forged bolster so great durability. The blade is shaped perfectly for all kinds of job in the kitchen. From chopping to slicing and even paring this knife has a lot of uses. Handle is a brushed metal so no slipping in a wet hand.

The knife cutting edge is sharp, is a good every day knife and easy to sharpen. However, although the shape of the handle is comfortable, I gave the knife four stars because the metal handle can be a bit slippery when using with a wet hand. I did not realize it was metal until I opened the box.
