The blade stays very sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain. It is the perfect size for everyday use and fits in my collection between the paring and Chefs knives.

I live in a studio apartment and have limited kitchen space. I purchased this knife because I liked the small size, and use it pretty much the same as a larger chef knife. Love the brushed metal, which keeps it from slipping out of wet hands. Nice bolster, and sharp edge that stays that way. Very comfortable grip and good looking design. Always get tons of compliments when I use it in front of friends and neighbor.
