I use a dropper full of this great-tasting green tea extract first thing every morning in a glass of water with a tablespoon of MSM powder in it. I get my hydration as well as the green tea benefits and the joint benefits of the MSM.

I have been using this product for at least 6 years. I love the convenience of a liquid tea. It can be added, by the dropper full, to cold or hot water anywhere it's available...home, restaurant, work, etc. They also have many flavors and types. Makes me feel like I'm doing something healthy for myself. Sugar, caffeine, calories, preservatives, alcohol and artificial sweetener free. 60 concentrated servings per glass bottle. Love this product. I have been using this for years in my coffee to sweeten it instead of sugar. It does the trick for me. And a bonus with using it like this is you get your 20 cups of green tea!!

my sister in law use it, my wife is using it, (yes, I'm on the chubby side.) it does not have caffeine !! so you can use it any time. a very potent and effective formula, will use this product again and again, not a cheap product but a very potent formula.
