A: Just bought this, expecting white based off this answer but it's definitely Rose gold. Absolutely nothing about this is white, because the other parts are actually cream. I like it but you should know

Q: My ring light did not come with an instruction Manuel. How do I pair the remote to my iPhone?

A: Hi, I have an iPhone. It should automatically pair. Press and hold the remote until it starts blink and then becomes a steady white light. Test it out by going to your camera app and click the button. Unfortunately I tried to use it on Tik Tok App and it's only adjusting the volume there. I hope this helps.

The lights you use is up to you, soft box lights work great – but you can also use a ring light for photographing artwork if it's cheaper and more accessible. Lighting is alright. 10" diameter is a little small for the price. Battery for clicker didn't work and it was hard opening/closing it. Don't recommend.

This tripod gets 2 stars only because of its light: it’s surprisingly bright and super adjustable for color and brightness. It gets zero stars for being a tripod. The whole point of a tripod is that it holds a camera steady, which this one does not do. The smartphone mount is on a very flexible silicone-type rod that bends under the weight of the phone and bounces around with the slightest disturbance. I bought it because I have a tremor and struggle to hold my phone steady while taking pictures. This thing isn’t any steadier than my hands.

This ring light with tripod works great. It has three different lighting choices. It’s adjustable in height to get that perfect shot. It has a little remote to take the picture as well. You do need a box to plug the usb cord into. Videos and pictures turn out great.

This ring light is a solid step up from those cheap Amazon ones. It has 3 different light settings and a Bluetooth remote which is so handy! That said, the short cord can be a little inconvenient, and there’s a faint burning smell and a high-pitched sound when it’s on lol so 3 stars

I really liked the idea of this tripod to record some stuff in dark lighting or even just for some cute selfies. It works amazing. The light settings are cool with different forms and brightness. I did have a hard time getting the top part to stay secure and had a hard time getting the Bluetooth camera button working. I also wish it had a battery option but overall I do like it.

The tripod broke so easily. I’ve barely had this for three months and the tripod screw gets lost the legs of the tripod literally snapped. This is one of the worst tripods I’ve ever bought, but it is good and the lighting amazing but it’s really flimsy and not the best quality.

The Ring Light Tripod is excellent. It was easy to assemble, it was easy to understand directions and easy to use. I was able to start using it within minutes of opening it. I really like the clicker to click a selfie picture. That feature is very convenient.

The lighting for this is perfect for someone who wants to film or take photos. They have 3 different light colors and then you can choose the strength. It's easy with the remote and I can get the photos I want without help. It's very easy to use and love the fact that I can adjust the light to get the perfect level. The tripod is also very customizable to the height that you want and can even go up to my height which is perfect. It does take a little bit of practice to get used to getting all legs even but once you do, it works so well!

Overall, this is a good tool for many uses cases. I like that it has three different color temperatures for the ring light (a warm white, a mid-warm, and a cool white) and then of course you can adjust the brightness for each as you are using it. The connected control on the cord is easy to use to turn off, on, cycle through color temperatures, and brightness levels. There is also a remote button that works via Bluetooth connection to your phone to enable a selfie if you need that. One thing I didn't quite like is that if you want to use this on a desk, it's a little bit high even at the lowest settings for the tripod-stand. It would still work, but it just puts the camera at a slightly above head position looking down at you. So if you wanted to use your phone as an external camera for virtual meetings through your computer, keep that in mind. You can always set it on the floor and raise the legs much higher, but then you have to factor in placement so it's not too far away from you at your desk. If you don't want to use this for that sort of purpose, then none of this would be an issue. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and even with an Apple silicone case, it does fit in the phone clamp without a problem, though it felt like if it was just a few millimeters wider, it wouldn't fit. I kind of wish the clamp was a little easier to adjust, because as it is, you have to pull it pretty far to get that size of iPhone in. With the tripod in the shortest setting, the whole thing feels pretty secure, though with the legs fully extended, it felt a little wobbly, though not a deal breaker. One l last minor issue I had is that while the camera mount can be adjusted, I kind of felt like it would have been better to be able to move it further behind the ring light. With a larger phone, it sits pretty far forward. One time when first using it, the ring light started to droop a little from the weight of the phone, so it's important to get everything balanced.

This ring light tripod is something I never knew I needed. Forget a filter, this light works its magic. Makes everything look so much better and with all the right features in place. The tripod is not heavy but stable and the ring light is a generous size to make lighting effects work properly. It is also an elegant gold color and the legs have a grippy base for surface control.

The Heyday Ring Light is a high quality, affordable product. I have been wanting a ring light for a while now. I am a hairstylist and I love taking pictures of the different styles I come up with. My daughter has also taken an interest in skincare and asked for one as well. I wanted something that was affordable, user-friendly, and could hold up being used by a 10 year old! This Ring Light is exactly what I was looking for. The set up took two minutes. There are only a few pieces to put together. There is a mount for your phone that you can adjust to take either landscape or portrait photos. I love that there is an ability to adjust the brightness also. The tripod legs move up and down and it plugs in with a USB plug. We have been using this for a month now and it is absolutely wonderful. I’m so glad we went with the heyday brand.

The Heyday Stone White Ring Light with Tripod is a great option for anyone looking for an affordable and easy-to-use ring light. It's perfect for taking selfies, vlogging, or even just lighting up your workspace. The tripod is sturdy and adjustable from tabletop all the way to a full standing height. The ring light has multiple brightness and temperature settings to be able to reach any desired lighting setup. My phone is not very large and it fit in the cradle even with the case on but it was tight. So it is probably better to use it without a case and it might not fit one of the extra large phones. Overall this is a great product if you are looking to start your video making career or you just want to look better on remote work meetings.
