A: Plug unit into a 120-volt AC electrical outlet. Press the power button to turn unit on. When the humidifier is out of water, the power/out of water LED will glow red.

Q: How do you clean the transducer/ultrasonic membrane.

A: 1. Remove the tank cover and set aside. 2. Remove the tank and pour out any water remaining in the tank. 3. Twist as indicated to remove the water reservoir from the bottom of the tank and pour out any remaining water. 4. Clean the transducer/ultrasonic membrane with a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water on a cotton swab. Wipe off with a damp cotton swab. NEVER touch the transducer/ultrasonic membrane with your fingers; the natural oils in the skin can damage the surface. NEVER submerge the base in water or any other liquid. 5. After cleaning, reassemble the humidifier, fill with water, plug in, and turn on. 6. Press and hold the clean indicator/reset button for 3 seconds, until the clean indicator turns off.

Q: Does this humidifier leave fine white dust on furniture and electronics? A different brand of an ultrasonic did that so we went back to the cool mist humidifier.

Leaked everywhere. Seems to be some sort of flaw but it leaked and warped our wood floors. Very frustrating as it is so expensive.

I really liked this product to start. But after a month the control board went out. I reached out to the company directly and they said the warranty does not cover the control board. They literal thing that makes the humidifier work... the don't cover? Convenient. I wish they could hold up their end of a commercial transaction by providing a quality product.

This device changed our nights. It generates a great flow of vapor, the volume of which can be adjusted and our sleep was of much, much higher quality. It silent, easy to use and not too big. The only problem: after about nine months (we bought it new) it stopped working. Boom, just like that. One day, it did start, whether operated manually or with the remote.. this is why I cannot rate it more than with four stars and it’s generous. As it was under warranty, I managed to get a new one but had to work hard at it. We just received a replacement unit which seems to work fine but. . . For how long?

Leaker
This unit has leaked twice. Once on the hardwood floors and it warped some of our hardwood boards. We moved it to the tile floor in the kitchen and it leaked again. When it leaks, it leaks a lot!!!

Do not buy!! The humidifier started leaking the first day we tried to use it! It obviously has a problem as after I started researching the rating's, there were 37 others that had the same problem!! Thank goodness we did not have a wood floor!

Expect Leaking
Worked great a few times, then, unbeknownst to us, the auto fill stopped shutting off. Found out when stepped into soaked carpet, out of the way. Bow mold and warped floor. NOT very happy.

Great while it lasted
Worked great for about 2 years. The design is very intuitive and it is easy to understand how much water to fill and when to clean it. Even though I cleaned it regularly, it stopped producing mist last winter. I tried every recommendation I found online but it is still broken. Now it is just a large plastic thing taking up space.

Quiet and super effective!
This ultrasonic humidifier has been a total game-changer for my home. It runs almost silently, which is perfect for nighttime use — no buzzing or dripping sounds to keep me awake. Do NOT recommend
I seem to have the same issue as the person who had the tank valve opened by the float valve causing the lower tank to overfill. This happened after only a very short time after first use and despite careful examination and troubleshooting, I can find no reason why this would have happen. Water leaked through my hardwood floor on the second floor down to the first floor ceiling in my kitchen. I now have to hire a professional to repair the ceiling and paint. I do not recommend this product and advise anyone to use caution as it is prone to leaking.
