Q: My humidifier refill light comes on when the tank is still full. Is the water supposed to fill automatically from the the tank to the reservoir once the reservoir has emptied?

submitted byManufacturer Tech Support - 6 years agoBrand expertA: Every once in a while when I fill the tank without removing it, it doesn't open up to the reservoir. But if you pick it up a little (like you're about to take the tank out) and then put it back in place, it usually opens then.
