Q: My humidifier refill light comes on when the tank is still full. Is the water supposed to fill automatically from the the tank to the reservoir once the reservoir has emptied?

Q: Had my humidifier for a year, and all the sudden it will not humidify above 40%. I change the filter monthly, have cleaned the guts from top to tail, and still can't get the space to the set level.

There isn’t a max fill line on the very tall tank which will only work if you have a sink with a sprayer. It’s as tall as our air purifier. We do like that you can choose how much humidity you want.

Particularly the first few weeks of school when the kids inevitably bring home some horrific bug that takes out the entire family! This product was a life saver! When we all fell sick and our noses were stuffed up, we plugged this guy in and let it run during the night time. It was crazy how we woke up without stuffy noses! The machine itself is sleek and easy to maintain. It filled the entire room with the mist and was not overwhelming. The machine is sleek and fits comfortably in any open area. I did not notice any significant noises coming from the machine during use. I highly recommend this for all families who will face the sicknesses that a new school year brings!

It's not too noisy considering the size but it's not too quiet either so if you can't tolerate a background noise while sleeping you might need to consider smaller sizes. The tank is large so it runs for a while without frequent refills.

The clean and modern design easily blends into my home and even complements the space. The top fill feature makes it very convenient to use since refilling the tank takes just a moment. I also noticed that the air feels much more comfortable and my skin is less dry, especially in the evenings. As for the noise, it runs fairly quietly. On the lower setting it is barely noticeable and creates only a light background sound, and on the highest setting it is more like a soft white noise similar to a quiet fan. It is comfortable enough even for sleeping or relaxing and I do not find it disturbing at all. Overall, I am very satisfied with this humidifier. It works great, looks beautiful in my home and is easy to use.

On the lowest setting, it is nearly silent, medium has a slight hum, and high, produces a more obvious noise. A nice feature is how effective it is in the sense that it provides an invisible mist. There is not a visible plume, nor will any surfaces become damp. It is truly invisible, so much so that I thought initially it had stopped working until I felt the cool moisture with my hand. One of the best features is how easy it is to maintain. There is an easy to clean tank and a replaceable wicking filter to capture the minerals as well as lessen the amount of dust. I would definitely recommend this humidifier as it maintains a comfortable level of moisture in the house.

What it lacks in aesthetics it makes up for by being very easy to fill - no need to detach the tank and lug it to and from the sink. It’s not the easiest to clean, but could be worse. The reservoir is plenty large to humidify all day.

The sleek black design looks so nice in my bedroom. It doesn’t stick out like an eyesore, and it’s tall and slim so it doesn’t take up much space. One of the things I appreciate most is that there’s no white dust at all, so my furniture stays clean. It’s easy to fill either with a pitcher top down to the water reservoir or by taking the tank to the sink, and the controls are so simple that I didn’t even need to look at the manual. I set my preferred humidity on the digital display and it quietly does its job, keeping the air in my master bedroom perfectly comfortable. Another feature I love is how the machine alerts me when it’s time to change the filter or add more water. No guessing or forgetting. It gives me a clear reminder so I can keep it running efficiently without interruptions. My throat and eyes feel less dry. I received it in July and expect it'll work well during the winter months.

I'm in a high dry heat area of Texas. Over almost 2 months, my sneezing, coughing, and dry eyes have gone down. I've been sleeping better. It's quiet for the most past. I use low. High is quite loud. I set it and forget it. The lights are pretty bright on it. Easy fill, no spill. It's a great aid to feel better.
