Easy to put together and get going and love that it has the phone app to change the settings (intensity, hot/cold, brightness, etc). The handle on the tank makes it easier to carry and I love the slight sound it makes while I’m sleeping. I have been using tap water but haven’t had any issues. I clean the tank every few uses though. Overall a great humidifier!

This is sleek and very quiet, with lots of adjustments that can be made. Super easy to use and care for. I love that it had an app so I can adjust the settings from my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually the 3rd Dreo product I own (I purchased the first two myself) and I’m not surprised this new version is very well made! It’s for a large space and has app automation that is easy to use and makes this model even better than its predecessors. The tank is large enough for my use that I can fill it and it will last a few days. It’s quiet, the light can be dimmed if that’s not your jam and it doesn’t leave any white cast on furniture. I love that it has functionality to adjust how much (or little) you want to mist and that it has a great timer and sensor feature. Dreo products haven’t let me down yet! Obviously, as a lifelong humidifier user, I have to start with functionality…. and in that department, I think that Dreo nailed it. This unit is easy to get started with, every part is recognizable and go together intuitively even if I hadn’t read the manual (although, of course, please read the manual). No problems at all getting it filled, plugged in, and running! From there everything is basically just gravy… but I gotta say, it’s tasty gravy! Presets, warm or cold mist, output grading, scheduling…. My fiancée downloaded an app for this thing that has settings I haven’t even thought of!!! We tested it in the living room so we could see the mist pattern easily, but this is moving to the bedroom NOW. Bottom line: LOVE it!!!

It runs whisper quiet, has a sleek modern design, and offers both warm and cool mist options with adjustable settings. The LED screen is clear and easy to use, showing humidity levels and modes. With a 1.6-gallon tank, it lasts up to 45 hours, making it perfect for large rooms. The mist output is strong and consistent, and the aroma tray is a nice bonus for adding essential oils. TANK The wide mouth makes it very easy to clean, and there is a convenient handle that swings up so you don't have to hold a heavy, wet tank by its sides. QUALITY It puts out a steady mist, but is comparable to other non-smart humidifiers that are half the price. It took about 4 minutes to switch from cool to warm mist. If you left your hand on top of the vent, it might eventually become uncomfortably warm, but the temperature only reached 110-120. AUTOMATION I love being able to set the humidity level through the app, as well as to set schedules. Don't want to run the humidifier during work hours? No problem, you can use a schedule to automatically turn it on and off to save power and water. INTEGRATION You can run it using Alexa and Google Home. I haven't any issues with those commands yet. CARE & MAINTENANCE I like the cleaning reminder, which will go off after every 100 hours of use. I have it set to 50 hours to avoid limescale issues. Due to hard water and a lot of dust in my region, I also use the filter and appreciate the replacement reminder. I think that the humidifier should include a filter in-box. The need to separately purchase your first filter is a bit stingy. There's also a place in the app to view troubleshooting, which includes gifs so you can better understand the instructions. DREO APP I have other DREO products, all of which I can control through the app. I have several smart apps that control various devices in my home, but DREO’s is my favorite. It is responsive, easy to navigate, and full of settings to play with. Overall, I think the price is reasonable, the app is usable, and this humidifier does what it is supposed to do. If you have other DREO devices, I would absolutely pick this over competitors.

The humidifier has both cold and warm mist. We prefer warm as it helps with respiratory issues. The humidifier is quiet and can run for almost two days straight. It had a very large tank that holds over a gallon and a half of water. It also has an option for essential oils.

I have an inhaler almost always with me. I have been using the Dreo Cool & Warm Mist no Humidifier HM813S for several weeks now and just after a few nights of use I could tell the difference with my ability to take a deep breath without an inhaler. I can feel my lungs really expand now. This model is very quiet and easy to use. I refill with distilled water before I go to bed and set the timer on for 2 to 3 hours. This model has the ability to set time and temperature of the mist. There is a control on top for directing the mist flow. There is online help for using and cleaning the humidifier. I am so happy and lucky to have had this opportunity to experience my Dreo humidifier.

My husband sleeps with an air concentrator and nasel cannula for sleep apena. Most mornings when he wakes up, his nose is dry. Using this humidifier has been wonderful! No more dry nose for him. Instant relief! We have used the humidifier for over 3 weeks. No complaints! There are SO many features. I'll try to touch on them all. Huge, large water tank, makes for less trips to fill up. So easy to clean! I drain it twice a week and take completely apart and clean on Sunday. I feel so good, knowing all parts have been cleaned and air dried. Comes with a cleaning tool. No mold or bacteria. We do not have an issue with tap water, but the instructions say to use distilled water. We have the humidifier in our bedroom, on my husband's side. I am able to control it from my phone while in bed. It is quiet and looks great on our side table! The mist is so fine, no water spots on walls or furniture. I like the option of changing from cool to warm mist. When the water is low, automatic shut off. And I think my favorite feature is being able to add essential oils! There is a spot on the back with an aroma pad that allows two different oils to be added, able to switch back and forth. The scented oils are not overwhelming. Love this! The LED display is easy to operate and read. DREO has many other products, heaters, fans, and kitchen appliances. So pleased with the outcome of the DREO Humidifier, I definitely am willing to purchase from this company in the future!

Not only is the ability to adjust the humidifier to a specific humidity percentage, and switch it on and off via my phone infinitely useful, it also has a huge storage capacity for distilled water…ensuring lengthy usage touch-free. So glad they we have this!

The app feature is nice in theory, but you have to be connected to WiFi for it to work, which was inconvenient. I also noticed it leaves a residue on the machine that makes it look dirty, which I didn’t love. On the positive side, I like that it has both cool and warm mist options, and it runs quietly. Overall, it’s a decent product, but I’m not sure I’d recommend it.
