The fan operates quietly, but the blades had to be balanced due to being on a gently sloped ceiling. I love that it has multiple s peeds and the li ght dims or brightens. The remote control is taking a longer time getting used to but we are adjusting nicely.

The fan looks great and I like that it works with Apple HomeKit. However, every time I try to start the fan, it hesitates and can't decide which direction to spin. It eventually starts rotating, but is takes a bit. This happens with both fans of this style, but not my other Hunter fans, which leads me to believe it's a software issue.

We have two of these fans and absolutely love them. That said, setting up the "SimpleConnect" was anything but simple. Out-of-the-box, both units required an automatic firmware upgrade... which you cannot trigger manually. We spent hours with both of them initially connecting and then not responding. In BOTH cases, we had to wait 24 hours and the units were able to be setup again with no issues. Once they're successfully added to HomeKit for the first time, they check for automatic firmware updates... but they don't tell you that. And so they stopped responding over and over again - prompting us to remove, reset, re-add, etc over and over. We've now learned our lesson for any we buy in the future. Other than that, they work great and provide WAY better lighting than the models that require bulb fixtures.

Purchased May 2019 and fan frequently does not work. Fan does it's "wobble" but will not turn on. Weekly occurrence where I it takes 30 plus minutes after multiple on and off attempts to get fan to work. Light works fine though...

My new fan is nice. It took several hours to assemble and mount. When I turn it on, it will sit and bump back and forth a few times before it starts turning. On occasion I have to increase the speed before it runs. This causes me to worry about how long the fan may last. For what this fan cost, this worries me. I bought my last Hunter Fan in the early 90s. Its failure after over 30 years of reliable service is why I bought this fan. Come summer the fan will run 24/7. Will my worries return when fall comes around again?

Fan wobbles. This fan was described as no wobble, but it does. Best I can say is it’s quiet and looks nice.

I purchased this for for its smartphone capabilities and size. It was simple to install and works better than expected. Whisper quiet and very efficient with 6 speeds.
