Poor customer service

The device itself functions but has limited battery life and storage. It seems to heat up when the camera only device is used. We are really disappointed in target and their return policy. We were made to believe this had a normal 3 month return policy as a target member and red card holder for years, and when attempted to return were not allowed to do so. I have shopped loyally at target for years for this purchase and am very disappointed in this experience.
