Instant Pot Vortex Plus 4qt 6-in-1 Stainless Steel Air Fryer

It is such a disappointment that this air fryer stopped working in the middle of me cooking a meal. This is a heavily relied upon kitchen appliance. Now, I am left with having to purchase another full expense air fryer!!

It holds a lot and it works great. I love to do vegetables in it.

I got my air fryer on black Friday several years ago. I use it every day! Makes cooking easy and fast. I never use my oven anymore. However, customer service can improve a bit. I use it so much that the grate/tray inside is looking pretty bad (even with daily proper cleaning) and the silicon feet are disintegrating. I reached out and was told to send a picture of my receipt which I don't have since it's been 4+ years since purchase. After telling them my issues, customer service just sent me directions on how to clean it and said the part isn't currently in stock so I cannot get a new one at this moment. The part isn't even available on their website to purchase so how would I know when it's 'in stock'?Makes me feel like I'm being forced to buy a new one when all I need to a part for it to work perfectly.

We loved this air fryer until the handle screw mount was about to break off. Thankfully we recognized it and took it off before a hot pan fell on someone's feet. Moreover the tray feet bubble in heat and change color. Contacted support and they do not even have replacement parts. Very disappointed in the brand

Ditch the PTFEs and give customers a safer option. Stainless steel on the outside doesnt really mean anything, it's what's on the inside that matters.

I never thought I would tout an air fryer until now. I have been using this air fryer since late spring and am tickled with it. I doubted the hype, then bought a trusted brand (I have an instant pot!) and there is no turning back. The 6 quart size is right for us. Food cooks evenly and the controls are easy to use.

I purchased a Vortex air fryer and was quite excited to receive it. Unfortunately, since the first time I used it, it has not stopped smelling horrific like chemicals and burnt plastic. The entire house smells, and I am so scared to eat my food cooked in the Vortex air fryer. I have been trying to contact the company for a refund but I have received no response.

I own two actually with one "living" at my girlfriend's house. Super easy to use, so easy her teenagers started making themselves dinner within a week.

I just bought another Instant Vortex after the one I bought one year ago simply stopped working. No power to it. I bought it again because I really liked the one I had. I used it almost daily. I've stopped using my oven. I am going to give it one more try. I bought the metal one. If it stops working again, I'll be forced, of course, to try another brand. Things sure are not made the way they used to be made!

I use my air fryer for just about everything the family really loves it !!!

The 18 minute test cycle is what burns off whatever chemical residue is on the product after that you can start cooking without any chemical smell or flavor in your food. Definitely 100% don't skip that and do it in a place where you can ventilate because it doesn't smell like something you wanna be breathing in Once that cycle is over, it seems to be fine

This was a gift from my daughter who tried for months and months to get me to purchase one. When that didn't work she bought me one and I've loved it ever since. I wish it had come with at least a basic cookbook. I don't use it as fully as I would if I had one. I'm here today looking for recipes.

The product is good in principal and for some things it worked fine. There was no response with the company when I asked about warranty. Trying to find anything as far as cook times for the instant vortex is more than difficult. I did and also still do searches and it seems you get only 'instant pot' results. Not impressed

Just got it, learning to use it. Kinda scared, something new like this is scary to me, but willing to learn how to.

Just got it so far so good

This was the second air fryer after I received a faulty one the first time. It worked fine for a year and a half but after that the sensor failed again so now it doesn't 'stop' cooking when the basket is removed during cooking time to rotate food. I am out of warranty so InstantPot won't do anything to fix this issue. I would recommend looking for a different product.
