Q: will it cook a 12" pizza

submitted by Tedboat - 1 year ago
  • A: It has a pop out in the back so yes it will

submitted bysneakers - 10 months ago
  • A: The interior only measures 11 wide x 10 deep. A 12 inch pizza won't fit.

submitted byM - 1 year ago
  • A: See the Cuisinart website for accurate dimensions.

submitted byKC - 8 months ago
  • A: The interior actually measures 12 1/4 wide by 12 3/16 deep. It WILL fit a 12" pizza and by the way a 12" pizza is rarely 12 actual inches.

    submitted byTravel0926 - 10 months ago
  • A: So, which answer is correct? The differences in the answers are significant.

submitted byMr DJ - 10 months ago
  • A: I want to know if the interior material stainless steel.

    submitted byCh238 - 3 months ago
  • A: Description above says that it will!

    submitted byAmma24 - 1 year ago

Q: Is the height of the baking rack/air fryer basket stationary or is it adjustable? I can't tell if it has a lower level and a higher level to place the tray in order to cook bigger items.

submitted by Bluejar - 11 months ago
  • A: Adjustable rack, yes, can be lowered for taller items.

submitted byMojo - 5 months ago
  • A: See the clickable user manual on the website listing for information.

submitted byKC - 8 months ago
  • A: The user manual on the website listing addresses your question.

submitted byKC - 8 months ago

Q: Does it require a special outlet? My kitchen outlet the cord got hot on my last one. Great oven.

submitted by SLB - 6 months ago
  • A: The size of wiring, the breaker in the house must meet Volts x Amps = Watts. 120V x 15A = 1800W. A 20A circuit is better than 15A commonly used in a home. Call a qualified electrician to check it out.

submitted byDean - 4 months ago
  • A: Maybe it's your circuit amperage. You might have to many appliances on that circuit. Try another outlet or check breaker box. Mine is fine 20 amp circuit.

submitted byLynda LooLee - 20 days ago

Q: For air frying....Instead of using the number 2 level inside the oven, can I use number 1 level? Since the 2 level is high up I think it would be easier to use the lower number 1 level. Please advise.

submitted by CRZ - 10 months ago
  • A: Guidance on the subject is in the clickable user manual on the website listing.

submitted byKC - 8 months ago
  • A: Sure. . I mostly use lower level but basket works best at higher level bc of air flow above, below, around the food.

submitted byLynda LooLee - 20 days ago

Q: Can a 9x13 baking dish fit

submitted by Lisa - 11 months ago
  • A: If there are no handles on it it would barely fit per another response. Best to NOT try it.

submitted byColoradoTarget - 26 days ago
  • A: No you have to use smaller pans

submitted byLynda LooLee - 20 days ago

Q: why does mine burn everything I try to bake. I can only airfry or broil

submitted by Wondering - 11 months ago
  • A: It is small inside with elements close to the food, I use to reheat basically.

submitted byKz - 3 months ago
  • A: Um it's too hot? Try reducing time and temp by 25% like the conversion to airfry with conventional oven instructions. Or maybe it isn't exactly on bake and you're airfrying your cookies?

submitted byLynda LooLee - 20 days ago

Q: can it be mounted under the counter? I can't give up any more counter space

submitted by Maggamooo - 11 months ago
  • A: No. According to the listing 2 to 4 inches clearance space around the oven is required.

submitted byKC - 8 months ago
  • A: Information about safety and placement of the oven is shown in the website listing. See also the user manual on the site.

submitted byKC - 8 months ago

Q: This may seem silly but how does it work as a toaster. I can't seem to wrap my head around it not "standing" like in a traditional toaster. Thank you!

submitted by dk4 - 1 year ago
  • A: The website listing describes this function.

submitted byKC - 8 months ago
  • A: Do you have a toaster? Turn it 90 degrees on its side. Has a top element and bottom element. Toasts top and bottom simultaneously

submitted byLynda LooLee - 20 days ago

Q: What are the interior dimensions? I want to know what size replacement baking sheet pan to get.

submitted by DebMO - 1 year ago
  • A: The interior dimensions are acutaly 12 1/4 wide by 12 3/16 deep. I measured the interior of my actual Cuisinart Air Fryer.

    submitted byTravel0926 - 10 months ago
  • A: Thank you for your inquiry about the Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven CTOA-122. The interior of this unit is 11 inches wide, 8 inches tall, and 10 inches deep,

Q: What is the difference between this model (CTOA-122) and the TOA-60 and the TOA-70?

submitted by Beth - 1 year ago
  • A: Thank you for your inquiry about the Cuisinart Air Fryers. The CTOA-122 and TOA-60 are the same unit. However, the CTOA-122 can only be purchased at Target. The TOA-70 has all the same features and functions as the TOA-60, with the addition of a Grilling Function. The TOA-70 is also larger.

submitted byProduct Expert - 1 year ago
    Brand expert
  • A: Brand expert states the TOA-70 is larger than the TOA-60, however the item listing specs for these indicates that the TOA-60 is larger at 16W x 15.6D x 14H, versus TOA-70: 12.25 x 15.75 x 13.75.

Knob Melted Off

Fitz - 17 hours ago
Loved it for about a year. I just used it for a longer baking period, a baked potato for an hour at 375F, and the knob melted off. The piece that attaches the knob to the machine is plastic, not metal.

First one had a fan that sounded like an airplane engine. When getting the replacement, it came with a broken black piece in the back. Listen to the other reviews. Both boxes came ripped up and it looked like they just taped it back up after it's been opened.

Burns everything, even with lower temperatures and half the cooking time. Drip tray will not come clean even with steel wool. Should be made with some kind of nonstick material. Might be able to get it clean with a power sander.

Nice quality made of stainless steel so it looks nice outside and good for cooking inside. I do like the manual controls as they are more intuitive than the digital one that was replaced that has presets.

My purchase arrived without a protective box but rather had a label attached to the original packaging not meant for shipping. The box arrived open at the bottom with the cord hanging outside the box. The box was beat up. The item was smashed up.

Not the best for us, within two uses the trays that came with it rusted and everything stuck to it. Grease and other stains wouldn't come off, it smoked when tried to cook wings in them. I just gave it away and bought the instant air fryer. Id say but if you only want to bake pizza or toast slices of bread in them, that's it.

after reading the reviews, which said the box often arrived damaged with the oven bent and damaged i decided to pick up from the store instead of ship. unfortunately when i got the box home, i noticed it had been taped back together on one end. and when i opened it, sure enough, the oven was bent and damaged. seriously annoying and inconvenient

Runs too hot. Not good temp control

Speaker - 1 month ago, Verified purchaser
The functions that I use the most are the oven and the fryer. The main problem for me is that it did not keep a constant temperature; it is difficult to determine the temp because it doesn’t have a pre-heat function. It got so hot that it burned the food if you follow the recipe instructions, have to keep an eye on it all the time. Also the window in the door is too low and small.
