Q: I saw a 5 yr old video where a cigar shop was using 60 qt IRIS as cigar tupperdors. Are the 62 qt completely airtight, since humidification must be kept constant for proper cigar storage? Thank you.

Lousy Experience.
Received two damaged totes (out of three). As this was a third party seller Target wants me to send all three back for a refund or replacement but the return process states that if items are returned damaged I may be recharged and there’s no guarantee that a replacement wont also show up damaged (there is no protective packaging in the box). When I questioned this, Target stated that the seller has to approve the return. Target won’t offer a partial refund to compensate me for the damaged items, so I’m stuck with a single useable tote that cost me $67 Really poor experience, exercise caution when purchasing from third party sellers.

Great when not broken
The bins themselves are great... when they don't arrive broken or missing pieces. The lids arrived with broken pieces and two of the bins were missing handles or there were handles that had fallen off and were in the box. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement order, however, the replacement order was worse. All 3 bins were missing handles, most had fallen off and were in the box, which we were able to put back on ourselves, however 3 handles were missing, not in the box at all. I understand if they had fallen off during transit and were in the box, but it's not even in the box.

Great except guaranteed to arrive damaged
The ones that arrived intact are good quality. However, they are insufficiently packaged and every set I ordered arrived damaged (corners of the bin were shattered, pieces of lids broke off, split sides of bins. Customer service completely unhelpful and would only issue a refund if the broken items were returned in store. This isn't possible in NYC with an item this big so I had to just eat the $260 loss because Target packaged them carelessly.

Great bins and excellent customer service
These bins are lightweight but sturdy and have the extra seal at the top to keep out critters and moisture. The clear bins also let us easily see the contents. Locking on four sides makes them more secure (lids won’t pop off while carrying) and they are stackable. Perfect for our storage needs! IRIS also provided excellent customer service.

Nice seal while being easy to open
I use this to store our Oxi Clean since we buy it from Sam’s club, and it comes in a bag inside of a box. It was getting on the floor, and I wanted to keep it away from my pets. This container keeps in contained, and is easy to open and close.
