Bought in January, didn’t open until July. This thing is tiny, the clean water capacity is the size of a standard water bottle and the dirty water is small too. You can’t use spot cleaning machine detergents in this thing you can only pre treat the area and this just gets the spot wet & vacuums it up. I can’t get a refund from Target and the company Iris won’t respond to me either.

It has good suction and easy to assemble. But after one use it began to leak heavily. Leaking dirty water everywhere. It was very disappointing.

I bought this to clean my off-white carpeted steps. It done a perfect job ~ lightweight and very easy to use . The vacuum had my carpet almost dry within hours. I’m a red card circle customer so shipping was free !

Never used a spot cleaner before but this one was super straight forward! The small design is really nice too and it's really lightweight. I was able to clean my giant mousepad without any trouble! It was able to get rid of any stains and make it look brand new again!

Since I had set up the spot cleaner after the purchase it was ready to go. It was great the small convenient size made it easy so swoop in clean up the mess. The size of the tank on the wand filled with water is plenty to do 1 whole to 1.5 bucket seat on a sedan. Has enough vacuum sucking power to remove cleaning agents along with the water being squirted on to the seat and pulling out the penitrating dirt with in the seat. The method to spray the water is a pump like trigger which after a while of squeezing the hand gets a bit fatigue. The power cable is a great length if only the hose was a bit longer it would help from having to drag the machine into a vehicle when doing upholstery. Over all the product is great and clean up is easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The arm of our couch was gross. So much so that I commissioned a throw blanket just to cover it. This has changed the need for the throw. After the 1st pass, we saw a significant difference. Once it dried we did one more pass, this time with a bit of cleaner sprayed on the arm. It is a massive improvement. It isn't perfect but I think one more pass should do it. After all this is 8 years of built up ick. The machine was easy to set up. Only needed tap water (they recommend warm water for better results). The scrub brush was smaller than I anticipated but still worked great. The suction was the most impressive. Watching the dirt come up was the most disgustingly amazing part.

I have cats and sometimes they make messes in the house. I had a few spots in my bedroom to try the IRIS Carpet Cleaner Machine on, and I was pleased. I didn't have to rent a huge, cumbersome carpet cleaner machine; the IRIS machine took care of the spots. It was easy to load and fairly easy to clean.
