The watch clearly says it’s waterproof- it even has swimming as one of the exercises that’s preprogrammed! I took it swimming one time and it stopped working. When I reached out to customer support, they said it’s only “water resistant” and I voided the warranty by swimming with it. Just spend the extra $100 and get a name brand smart watch that’s actually reliable.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear about what happened with your watch. You may use desiccants to absorb the moisture. Put the watch in an airtight container with the desiccant. Leave them both covered. The watch has to be drained before turning it back on for at least 72 hours. I recently purchased the iTouch Sport Smartwatch, and to put it bluntly, it's been a colossal disappointment. Within 3 months of use, the strap started falling apart, with the bar detaching from the watch screen regularly. Apparently, according to the store's warranty, this falls under "normal wear and tear." It's absurd to think that a product marketed as a "smartwatch" can't even hold itself together for more than a few months without falling apart. Clearly, there are serious manufacturing issues at play here, but good luck trying to get any support from their so-called "year-long warranty policy." Save yourself the headache, it's not worth the frustration and disappointment.

Also, try charging the device with an active computer. Alternatively, you can use a UL-certified adapter that is not a fast charger; the output voltage should not exceed 5 V 1 A. To establish a stable connection, please restart your phone, reset the watch, remove and reinstall the app, unpair or forget the watch from your phone's Bluetooth, and re-establish the connection. Also, please keep your Bluetooth turned on. For detailed instructions, see Step 1: https://xwat.ch/btsmsng and Step 2: https://xwat.ch/itconx. While the active display on the watch isn't designed to remain constantly on, it is intentionally designed to conserve power. However, you have the option to enable the 'Raise to Wake' function via the accompanying app. So, when you raise your wrist in a deliberate and natural manner, the display should activate more reliably for your convenience. i touch watch was extremely difficult to pair with my iphone. Once in use it is difficult to get to the screen you wish to use. I would not repurchase this item.

Not worth it.

Got this on sale. Interesting, but not worth it. The charger is stupid, fiddly to connect, and the cord is SO FRICKEN SHORT - why?? The whole watch screen is not utilized for what it displays. The steps are not accurate (it said I took steps while sitting on the couch!) I really like the Sleep function, but it doesnt track waking up in the middle of the night, like it's supposed to. Got up to pee in the night and yet it says I have 0 awake time last night. Also it's not very comfortable to wear, and looks huge on a petite woman's wrist. Not sure if they s will work with Copilot workouts, which is why I got it. This review is for the ITouch 3 Sport, not the rose gold square one. How hard is it to put your reviews under the right product people. 😂

Um. No. Returning quickly. Seems to work ok for a kid I guess but save and buy something better if you're an adult....the screen doesn't even fill the screen - it's a square about 1/2 the total size of the whole circle

Stopped working after several months. The heart rate & oxygen monitors stopped working. Spent hours with their support providing photos of the error. Countless reinstall, nothing fixed the issue and they would not replace. Exhausting experience
