I've Tried Several Haircutting Scissors From Different Brands And Retailers, And These Are The Worst. They Look Sleek, But They Don't Cut. Not Even Tiny Buts Of Hair At A Time. The Hair Just Goes Between The Blades And The Blades Don't Cut The Hair.

These are absolutely horrible. As you can see in the photo, there is a large gap between the blades causing the hair to bend around instead of getting cut. I didn’t expected a whole lot from $13 shears, but I did expect more from Japonesque. What a pain in the….

Finger holes are small. They will only cut a few hairs at a time, and actually pull hairs instead of cut them. Definitely not useful for barbering or a full hair cut.

Good heft, appear well made. Not light or flimsy. Some friction between the blades, but I think due to being built strongly. Has a cool black finish to them. Finger holes aren’t huge: so if you have large fingers your may have a tougher time with these
