Don't buy it
Very disappointed. It’s so dull couldn’t cut my cuticles. I even bought a second one thinking, maybe the first one was defected since it’s almost $10. But the second was the same. Thankfully Target costumer service is great and I was able to return them.

Don't buy, poor quality
So flimsy they fell apart within weeks and put back together but broke again less than a month later. Hardly used them. Maybe 5 times.

Dull out of the box
I had trusted the reviews, but I was wrong. These are terrible scissors. They didn't cut right out of the box on the first cut! Ouch! Returning these ASAP. I figured out why, the bottom of the cutting blades are sharp. The top near the tip is very dull. Very dull indeed. These are going back. I'll not trust this brand again.

Still looking for a better pair
I do not understand why this Japonesque Beauty Scissor have this high rating. They are truly such a dull and flimsy pair of beauty scissors. My last pair (unfortunately I forgot the brand name) I had since the mid 2000s and worked so well! I recently moved and lost them. The Japonesque scissors do not cut body hair well and the blades, while sharp, are not precise are cutting so it makes more work on the user.

Dont buy these
I do not recommend they are so hard to close which is not safe to use around the face at all!! They should close effortlessly without having to use too much pressure I felt like I was going to cut myself with these! Not worth it to return so now they are in the trash

really nice, high quality scissors
I got these scissors specifically for trimming my eyebrows, and they are perfect. They have a slightly curved tip which is the best for brows, and they are very sharp and pointy. They are sturdy and definitely high quality too - nothing cheap about these! I can tell they'll last a very long time. 10/10

Fall apart every time I use
These worked great for the first few uses and now every time I use them they fall apart. The small screw that holds the two blades together is loosened by use which seems like a flawed design. Do not recommend, poor quality.

Poor scissors
I needed a new pair of nail scissors and thought I’d buy these which looked like a nicer pair than my current ones. They cut terribly - I threw them away after the first use. A horrible purchase.

I needed a pair of scissors for my nails. My nails are soft by nature, but even though, those scissors don't do the job. I can't figure out what causes that, because scissors look sharp enough, but they keep "chew" the nail... It's like a little gap or something.. so instead of cutting they half tear the nail and it hurts .. I won't recommend it.

pulls hair not good
so incredibly disappointed. I don't understand the reviews because it pulls hair really bad. i instantly returned it and won't be buying that brand again. I have a pair Conair scissors I use but want thinner ones but honestly the ones I have are way better than this brand.
