I have been wanting a white primer and this one exceeded my expectations. It blends great, boasts more of buildable pigment level and grips. Love this!

Not good for oily eyelids. Eyeshadow didn't even last half day

My cosmetic bag is always stationary, it's insane that this cap just cracked by itself with no outside impact at all! First a small part fell off, and this morning the top of the cap just completely separated from the bottom half. Now I have almost unused tube with no way of closing it. It's not easy to apply, it's too much and I end up wasting most of the tiny amount I squeeze.

This provides a lovely even base and lasts well. I have fairly oily eyelids and plenty of creases and this works well for me.

Not good for hooded eyes. Still creased. Does provide opaque base though.

I thought it would be a great primer for eyeshadow but it's not if you have oily eyelids.

Even after setting - eyeshadows still crease. I used with and without setting powder. I tried it 5x before just tossing it. I do have oily lids but I wanted to try something new. I’ve been using Milani’s for years and love it. I saw this Jason Wu on sale in FabFitFun and thought I’d give it a try. I don’t recommend for anyone with oily lids.

It doesn’t really help with making the eyeshadow last and it makes my eyelids crease.

Creases immediately. Makes my eyeshadows appear lighter instead of more pigmented. Fades throughout the day on top of the creases. It's hard to get the proper amount. Can easily look heavy and cakey. Overall terrible product.

Pros—a little goes a very long way, but—more importantly; Cons—by mid afternoon my eye makeup is smudged and creased. You get what you pay for!

This primer is NOT hooded eye friendly. It literally creases within minutes, even if I set it with powder (which you shouldn't have to do with a primer at all). It acts more like a really dry concealer, though it still did not completely cover the veins on my eyelids. There are a lot of positive reviews, so I wonder if it does work better for non-hooded eyes. Not for me, don't even want to finish the rest of the tube.

This primer is a super light, almost white shade and is opaque enough to cancel out any veins or discoloration on my lids, however, it’s finicky to use and does not keep my shadow from creasing no matter how long or short of a time I’m wearing them, nor how tried and true the shadow formula is.

AMAZING! Blends like a dream. It is a little on the fair side but my eyeshadow hides that. Super smooth, doesn’t crease or setting my my fine lines, and holds eyeshadow in place beautifully. Better then my Urban Decay and Mac paintpot. Only bad thing is that sometimes to much products comes out and it’s so good that I hate wasting it :(.

BAD. I don’t know why so many high reviews. This primer is horrible. Dries almost instantly and starts creasing within minutes. Eyeshadow doesn’t really stick or look better or more pigmented. It dries so fast you pull on your lids to spread it well. Not a good product at all. Also you need to rub a lot to get it off.

I love a lot of Jason Wu Beauty products, but this eye primer made my eyeshadows crease even quicker than without a primer. If you have oily eyelids, I would not recommend this. The only thing I liked about it is that it has a tint to even out my eyelid discoloration.
Good blend, bad creasing

I had a great first impression of this primer- I only needed a small bit to cover my lids, and my shadow blended like a dream over it. However, it ended up creasing after a few hours. And worse, after using it for a few days, it dried out my eyelids. Definitely a letdown at this price point.
Love it. I have the light shade for my fair skintone.

I love this primer. I used to be a loyal Urban Decay Primer Potion customer. Recently, I found that it was breaking up too much when applying it and my eyeshadow wasn’t holding up as well. Not sure if they changed the product formula or if my skin had changed. So, I went on the hunt for a new eye primer. Tried sooo many. This one was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad. It is thicker than most, does not contain talc, and needs to be blended well. Very important in keeping the eyeshadow color true and blocking any discoloration from either small veins on the lids or hyperpigmentation (very important). I put a small squeeze on the back of my hand and use a brush to smooth the primer all over my lids. Then pat it out gently with a dry makeup sponge. This smooths it out perfectly! I love this primer so much that I hope it’s never discontinued.

This made my eyelids greasy, eye shadow creased. Not a good eye primer for me. Tried it three or four times and eye shadow faded and/or creased each time

Thought I'd splurge a little and try this primer. This is basically concealer. I ordered the light shade and it is VERY light. No matter how little I added it was very obvious and went on splotchy. I wasn't a fan of the tube, it was hard to get any out and it would just explode out. Maybe it was user error but I'm not a fan. There are other less expensive primers I'd rather use.
