I like to put in on before bed, since its a "serum" (not sure if you're supposed to, but I do) and I'll only lightly apply it, otherwise I've got stark white lashes and my eyes feel really gunky.

Not impressed.
I was really excited to try this product. Unfortunately, when I removed the brush it was like there was nothing in the tube. After reinserting the brush and shaking, it did appear that the brush had a small amount of primer on it. Almost instantly after placing on my lashes, my eyes got extremely watery and then my eyelids began to mildly swell. I immediately removed the primer but have continued to have extremely itchy watery eyes all day.

Stopped Using It
I had to stop using this because it was just too clumpy-looking, even after using the Vegan Collagen maskara over it. The white clay look of it just would always come through even under the maskara.

As a primer it works. I don’t get racoon eyes. At the end of the day the mascara falls right off of my lashes with no lost lashes. But as a growth serum it hasn’t done anything.

Love this, haven't been using this for to long but my lashes have look a little healthier, the only thing I would warn someone about before their purchase is that it gives your lashes a white look which is fine under mascara, but if you were just using it by itself its a little odd.

I wanted to love this, as I have been wanting to have healthier lashes, but my eyes reacted quite poorly to the formulation. My eyes slightly burned for several hours. I do not consider myself as having sensitive skin, so this was a surprise reaction to me.

Not for me
I can tell that its doing something, but the main thing it did for me was to make my mascara look clumpy. My eyelashes have changed with age and are harder to curl - lash primer was suggested as something that might improve this. But, while I love that this product is cruelty free and packaged in ecco friendly packaging, its not for me. Also, the bottle cap arrived cracked - an acceptable risk for a responsibly packaged product.

Made eyes burn
This does make my lashes look great but for some reason it causes my eyes to burn tremendously. It may just be me but I've used it for three days in a row and my eyes have hurt and been chronically red. Surprised nobody else has had this experience because I'm not particularly sensitive to makeup.

Great Idea
Okay. I really wanted to like this and don't get me wrong i do but i don't necessarily like it. It gets all the kudos for sustainability and being vegan and cruelty free, but the formula is a little too wet for my liking and the brush applies way more than i think is necessary even with light pressure. putting it on before bed also makes the sand man visit you twice in the middle of the night. Love it but maybe only apply it before mascara at the beginning of the day.

Doesn't work.
I bought this in March and have been using it for over two months. It works okay as a primer (though sometimes clumps) but has made ZERO improvement in my lashes length or thickness. Doesn't work as described.
