Wouldn’t recommend
Music quality is good. Call quality is poor. Cannot swap between the two, it just starts to crackle like static. I was expecting more from a JBL product.

Earbuds charging issue
I recommend people not to buy this earbuds, i have no complaints regarding sound quality it is awesome. The main issue is that earbuds charging, when u keep it inside the case for charging most of the time it doesn’t charge at all and if it showing 100% charge also after using 5-10 mins it would say low chrarge. JBL need to fix this.

Not worth the money. The old tunes were better
They make a horrible noise anytime I use a grinder, impact, welder or plasma cutter, really any electronic tool and the ear buds screech in my ears with the ANC settings on. If I turn all that crap off it doesn't do it. The noise they make while using power tools hurts my ears.

Junk! Don't buy. It will die after a year
Bought this earbud on April 20th. The charger it came with stopped charging the bluetooth, so i used my phone charger in which it struggled to stay charged. Its now completed dead and not charging no matter what I did. I need my money back.

Thanks for your inquiry. It is possible that your JBL Tune Flex TWS has a foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. TERRIBLE <6 Month Lifespan
I bought these as a Christmas gift for myself they have not even lasted 6 months. The microphone does not even work and no one will ever be able to hear you. I understand these are a cheaper model however the product should at least meet the description of the product. Do not buy just spend the extra 30 on AirPods.

Bluetooth, gestures dont work properly
Bluetooth goes into...let's call it whisper mode. I can't make phone calls with my JBLs. I can't get gestures to work either. Good news for JBL. Both of these problems usually require me to remove the ear buds, which makes it easier to lose, so JBL gets there money one way or another.

Worth every penny
I have owned AirPods for the longest time. Recently my air pod pros stopped working and I decided to try something different. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever buy AirPods again lol these headphones are amazing. The charge lasts longer, sound is just as good, and they don’t overheat when I wear them in the sauna. Legit shocked! If they last long who knows, but my $300 AirPods didn’t last long either…

Good sound quality at first, but broke in less than 6 months
These were great for the first 3 months or so, but they gradually got worse until they were all but unusable. They blast sound into the environment like speakers but they're barely audible when I actually put them in my ear and they don't charge consistently in the case, which also leads to them randomly connecting to my phone. on top of that, the ANC was always pretty bad and the controls are really frustrating to use

Thank you for your feedback. This is not the experience we want you to have with our JBL Tune Flex. With TWS earbuds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts, which can include sweat, grease, earwax, and more. These issues can often be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and the charging case. Also, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Additional sealing tips in 3 sizes are exchangeable with the Sealing eartip mode in the JBL Headphones app, allowing you to create environmental sound sealing. In regards with the ANC, please follow these reset steps: take both earbuds out. Make sure that they are not connected to any Bluetooth. Press either the left or right earbud three (3) times then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put back both earbuds inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed, and connect them again to your device. I like that they have a mic built-in. I dislike how there is literally no bass or noise canceling to them. Yes I toyed with the settings via app. These are worth a whopping $10 and not the $106 I paid.

Literally worst earbuds ive ever gotten. One earbud already broke and audio is horrible. Wouldnt suggest anyone to get.
