Don't buy if you have small ears!
I bought these a few weeks ago and have been trying consistently to wear them- sitting at my desk, running, walking, etc. I have very small ears, and the ear buds just won't stay in. Even sitting still at my desk, if I move my head just to look down, the ear buds fall out. The sounds quality is fine, but it's very frustrating that I can't even sit wearing them, much less go on a run like I had hoped! I doubt this is an issue for people with larger ears, just be warned if you have small ears! Additionally, when I am on a phone call they will suddenly get very quiet, even if I am on maximum volume.

Survived a Bus
I bought this for my boyfriend and he is very clumsy. So when he opened the box, the case flew out into the new york busy street. A bus went on top of the case and the whole force of a bus ran over the case... and it still works. My boyfriend has been using it for three weeks and nothing is wrong with it. The build quality is so good.

Thanks for your feedback. If the left earbud has no light, please try cleaning the contact pins with a cotton swab and alcohol to ensure proper charging. If the left earbud is blinking blue, please reset them by tapping either earbud three times, holding the third tap for 5 seconds until the earbuds turn off. Good fit. Disappointing sound quality. Lousy ANC.
I recently bought these on sale with modest expectations. Unfortunately, I am generally disappointed. The fit and feel of these is good, and the wireless connection & touch control seems to work well enough. My disappointment is focused around the sound and ANC. Audio quality isn't very good for anything but podcasts, and the EQ function doesn't improve things sufficiently for me to want to listen to music with these. With the ANC, I'm unable to discern any difference in ambient noise when ANC is enabled vs. disabled (maybe mine is defective?). The Smart Ambient feature adds significant background white noise, while providing only minimal increase in ambient volume - so I don't see myself ever using it. I would not recommend these other than for the most basic listening needs, if you get them significantly discounted.

Poor bass and ANC doesn’t work.
I’ve been using these a few days and found them pretty poor. First off, I can’t get any bass out of these without cranking the EQ in the app to extreme bass. Second, the ANC is not working at all. I don’t notice a difference with it on or off.

Thanks for your feedback. Our products use the default JBL EQ settings. If you prefer more bass, you need to adjust the EQ in the JBL Headphones app. For the noise-cancelling feature, we recommend trying our JBL Fit Checker tool with the "Check My Best Fit" option to see if it helps.

Decent if your not in a noisy area
Sound is clear but no where near as loud as I expected and the noise cancellation is almost nonexistent. I use these while mowing and can barely hear them over the mower. Far cry from my last set of AirPod pros

Disappointed
I have the previous model and honestly I was disappointed by the upgrade or version 2 the earbud gummy are way smaller and keep slipping out of my ear and overall they're not loud enough even after customizing the eq on the app

Good sound, ANC is obnoxious
Pros: Big sound in a little package. JBL is good at delivering good sound quality for relatively low price. Cons: ANC. ANC. And ANC. This JBL has Ambient Noise Control n or ANC which allows users to either turn on noise suppression or let in ambient noise. Good idea in theory, but in practice this means every time you turn on the headphones, it sounds like someone is blowing air into your ear on top of whatever music, podcast, audiobook you're listening to. You can manually turn it off, but you have to do so every. Single. Time. An easy fix would be to have a setting where you can change the default mode, but this does not exist. It's not the end of the world, but it's impressively annoying to have to change a setting every time one uses a headphone, and something I wish I knew before purchasing.

When you use it again, the device will remember the last setting you selected (Noise Cancelling, Ambient Aware, or Off). Earbuds work well for sound canceling. I have small ears and after I wear the earbuds awhile, my ears hurt on the cartilage. Otherwise, I am happy with them.

Great Sound and Fit
I have had these for a few weeks now and the sound is AMAZING! I also find the fit is much better, these are definitely a new and improved version of the last pair. The ability to keep the earbuds in and change to hear through them is an improvement over the older ones, they had this feature as well but it wasn't as clear as these. My only issue is that I find them a little difficult to get out of the case. This is probably a good thing as the last pair, if I dropped the case it would pop open and the earbuds would fly out. So it's something I'm willing to live with.

Not loud enough
When I first started using the Vibe Beam 2 ear buds I thought something was wrong because they were so quiet. I made adjustments in the app and it got a bit louder but still not sufficient. I then tried the other size ear pieces and that helped, but I’m still disappointed at the overall volume. Even with the noise canceling turned on they just don’t get loud enough.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. Also, please check if the balance control of your source device's sound settings is set to default (centered). We also recommend cleaning the earbuds with a cotton swab of alcohol. This will help remove dust or dirt that is blocking the ear tip causing low volume output. If you need more help, please contact us.

Pleasantly surprised by the audio quality, specifically the base. Purchased as a backup after misplacing my main earbuds. Highly recommend—they seem comparable to my friends' much pricier Apple buds.

Decent for basic earbuds
I struggled so much to find earbuds that fit my ears, I lost hope. I gave these a try and they fit like a glove, finally!! Sound quality is meh, but if you download the app you have an equalized to customize a few presets. I will be using these for meetings and during the occasional walk. I just hoped the sound quality was better, one less star for this reason.

Great features great price
I recently purchased vibe beam 2 great sound and I like that you can create your own sound effects with the adjustable equalizer just wish the fit was better tried all the ear pieces but they want to fall out while singing along with my music but all in all a great product maybe I should have got something that wraps the ears
