I have been using the buds for 3 weeks now, and I am a bit disappointed about the noisecancelling. They don't have the exact effect that I supposed they would have. But the sound in them are great.

If you're not experiencing the expected level of noise reduction, it may help to ensure that the earbuds are properly seated for a secure fit. The ear tip seal plays a major role in passive noise isolation, which supports effective ANC. You might try the different ear tip sizes included to find the best fit. Also, ensure to adjust the Smart Ambient settings in the JBL Headphones app. This feature lets you control how much of your surroundings you hear, so you can customize the balance between noise cancelling and awareness of your environment. Love everything about these earbuds, from the convenience of the app and the sound quality. However no matter what I do they always fall out and im constantly having to readjust them. Unfortunately due to my lifestyle I can't use them at all which is why I gave a one star.

Thanks for your feedback. In order for your JBL Vibe Buds 2 to give you a tight seal within your ear canal. Try to angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. It is best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes until you find the one that fits your ear comfortably. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

I bought these a few weeks ago after losing my original JBL Vibe headphones. The improvements on this version are great. Much easier to clean the earbuds, easier to tell when to charge (they last me about 2 weeks of daily use), and the talk through and noise canceling are much better. The biggest improvement I noticed is the microphone. I can actually use them to talk on the pgone and the other person can hear me clearly with all the background noise removed!

This product is the worst ever. Poor quality, and poor functionality. If I had to chose this over some rip offs I would chose the rips offs. The sound quality is so terrible don't let anyone fool you. And the feature find my buds is literally worse than finding it yourself. Never buy this its overpriced, and terrible. Get better alternatives get the cmfs buds they're better. And they're cheaper as well.

I like them but whoever decided to ship these wita case that doesn't close is an absolute clown. The slightest bump and boom earbud lost and the find my earbuds feature only works when they are on NOT when you actually lose a bud. Very disappointed in JBL for this glaring oversight.

This design allows for quick retrieval and placement without needing to fumble with a lid. Additionally, "Find My Buds" is a feature wherein you can locate missing earbuds by getting a notification on the location and time of last use. The sound quality is definitely decent - nothing mind-blowing, but the bass hits nicely for workout playlists, and I can hear everything clearly during podcasts. They're noticeably better than the cheap pair I had before, though not quite as crisp as my friend's AirPods. Comfort-wise, they stay put during my morning cardio without causing that weird ear pressure some buds give me. I wore them for a 3-hour flight and barely noticed them, which is saying something since most earbuds start hurting my ears after an hour. Battery life has been a pleasant surprise. I'm getting around 7-8 hours before needing to pop them back in the case, and I only charge the case about twice a week with daily use. No complaints there! The touch controls are... fine. Sometimes they work perfectly, other times I'm tapping like a madman trying to pause a song. Classic wireless earbud problem, I guess. They survived getting caught in a sudden downpour during my run last week, so the water resistance claim checks out. Wouldn't test them with a full submersion though. For the price, I think they're a solid buy. Are there better wireless earbuds out there? Absolutely. But you'd probably need to spend twice as much to notice a meaningful upgrade. If you're on a budget but still want something reliable from a name brand, the Vibe Buds 2 won't disappoint.

The earphones stood out to me for their small size, light weight and comfort when sitting in my ears. They fit snug into my ears making for a quality listening experience without worrying about them falling out. They come with 3 sizes of ear tips to make sure you find the correct size. I used them while walking & commuting on train and they were efficient and didn't fall out! The noise cancelling is superb while under ground in train tunnels. When used for calls, they were crisp for listening and speaking. The pairing feature when switching between devices was seamless-I didn't miss any calls. The sound quality was quite clear and sharp. The bass was so pronounced which was nice. The charging case has a sleek design without a top allowing to see if the buds are in place.

I have other JBL earbuds that I’ve been very happy with and I was slightly worried these might be a step down. But they have now become my earbuds of choice after using them for about a month. To be honest, my first impression of these headphones was a little bit of concern. The fact that the case does not have a lid made me worried the earbuds would fall out while being jostled around in my gym bag or travel backpack. But, up to this point, that has not happened. The magnets hold the earbuds very securely so I no longer have this concern. When it comes to how the earbuds work, the sound quality has been excellent for various genres of music as well as podcasts. Additionally, the noise cancellation has been better than I expected. Oftentimes, I leave my earbuds in Ambient Aware mode because I feel a little disconnected from what’s going on around me with noise cancelling on. Being able to quickly switch from Ambient Aware mode to noise cancelling by tapping the left earbud is very convenient and has come in handy on several occasions. The battery life has been better than I expected. I have used them at the gym everyday for two weeks and the ear buds remain fully charged and I still have battery life left in the case. While at the gym, I’ve also noticed how securely the earbuds fit in my ear and don’t require any readjustment. Even while running, they have stayed firmly in place, which has been an issue for me with previous earbuds. The JBL app is also something that I’ve found to be very useful. Both for monitoring the battery left in my earbuds, but also for being able to customize the equalizer to so I am able to get the sound I like whether I’m listening to music or a podcast. All in all, I’m very happy with these earbuds and they will continue to be my first choice for earbuds moving forward.

The bass is punchy, the mids are clear, and the overall sound quality is impressive for the price. They’re also comfortable for long listening sessions and have decent battery life. If you’re looking for budget-friendly headphones with solid performance, these are a great choice. Now what i dont like is the case setup with the buds being exposed at all times. These are not for traveling in my opinion i did a drop test on different floor types and i did two drops on each type hardwood and carpet. The hardwood or any floor type minus carpet and these buds will go flying out 99 percent of the time carpet only one bud came out. These are for office type settings kept in drawer is best so as to not lose them. i wished these had the case cap top to prevent any liquid or dust from being exposed to them. Also i would like to see jbl pair these with other buds to sync with for group meetings or music listening. Like i said these are imo for office work settings. Also the buds need some type of grip texture to them they are so small when retrieving them from the case if your fingers are dry they will slip and fall causing you to scramble looking for them. So buy these with your set purpose.

The earbuds are easier to handle without dropping all the time! The sound is as expected from JBL. I appreciate the versatility to adjust the sound signature with the app. Noise canceling works excellent, especially when paired with the correctly sized tips! My only complaint, which is consistent with all TWS earbuds is the volume output is somewhat limited. But these are on par with other options in this regard.

The most noticeable feature is while wearing the buds, if someone approaches I can hear them without pausing or removing them. The sound is incredible and the fit is nice. The battery life is above average with use and the noise canceling is impressive.

I think it is very convenient and attractive all while still protecting your ear buds! I have yet to have an ear bud fall out of the case on accident yet. On to earbuds falling out of your ears. They simply don't! I took theses buds to a gym and running session and I had almost no worries about them falling out! On top of that they aren't bulky whatsoever, almost hidden depending on your ears. Lastly the sound. JBL never fails when it comes to sound quality. With the JBL Headphones App, you can EQ your buds to your style of music / liking! If I had one gripe about these buds, it'd be that they aren't the loudest or most bass heavy buds, but given its price point they are amazing! Tap features on the ear buds are super easy to use (and change in the app) and noise canceling works really well if you want it on! Overall JBL is unstoppable when it comes to sound and build quality! Highly recommend!!

The earbuds are both very solid and comfortable after choosing the right ear piece that you get in the box. Even after shaking your head or some semi intense workout sessions they did not want to fall out which is great. The case leaves a little to be desired with the lack of a closing lid. I’ve had a few issues with the earbuds being separated from their case when storing them in my bag. That being said the magnets that hold them in place do a good job keeping them in place for the most part. The sound quality of these drivers are very good!!! Great punchy bass with decently clear mids and highs. Voices are very clear and I haven’t ran into any distortion even at higher volumes. Battery life is also amazing, I’ve gone multiple days without charging them or the case and they are always ready to go. The noise cancellation is pretty good. It really does rely on a good fit in your ear though so your pick on the ear tips make a big difference. Overall a great experience!

Helps drown out alot of the background noise and help keep conversation and seminairs very crisp and clean audio. Let my kids give them a shot to see how they fit smaller ears. They work great for everyone in the house except my little 6 year old, could find the replacement ear pieces to fit her tiny ears. But great sound and fit for everyone older in the house. After you do the intial setup they link up super fast, great battery time. I can work a whole 14hr shift and have music or podcast for the whole day working on cars.

I also downloaded the JBL app, which is a nice addition. I love the noise cancelling/ambient options, they really do seem to block out a lot of background noise. None of my other ear buds have this option. The sound is really good, I like classical and jazz and you can really hear the highs and lows of the music. They have a nice base also for the rock fans. The app makes it easy to adjust the settings. I've had and used them for several days and they're still charged. My only real disappointment is they don't seat well in my ears. I've tried all the different insert sizes. They just don't feel secure and tend to dislodge with much movement, so I likely won't use them for running or at the gym. But great for working or walking. Maybe it's just MY ears are odd shaped.

My only complaint is they can be a bit challenging to get out of the case as they don't stick up very far. The case seems robust and the earbuds seem to lock in well enough for a workout, they held in there whole I ran 2 miles.
