Pleasantly surprised
I have purchased Square Trade protection for multiple items. The cost is reasonable but, I’d hoped to never actually need to file any claims. Well, almost 14 month after purchasing earbuds they stopped working. I had purchased the protection plan but almost didn’t use it because I thought it would be a hassle. Nonetheless, to my surprise the process was quite simple. I didn’t have a physical receipt but was able to show proof of purchase through my redcard orders. I received a check within a week. I would highly recommend.

What warranty!
This repair company is the worst ever. This is my second issue with a different product. This company is not customer friendly, but company friendly. They make it very difficult to file a claim when the receipt is unavailable. No one tells you that YOU MIST SEND THEM A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT IMMEDIATELY in order to have coverage 1 year later. Please do better target since you push these warranties!

Would be NICE to know exactly what product this is on.
Agree, I'd appreciate a hard copy of the plan. As well as it would be wonderful to know what product exactly this covers. I'm assuming it was the noise reduction headphones, but absolutely no where does Target or the plan notify of the product it covers. $5 waste, I will not knowingly purchase another protection plan.
