Ive had these for 8 hours and just bought something else. You definitely get what you pay for here. Uncomfortable and constantly falling out of place. Tried all three alternatives on sizing they all suck. Do not waste your money

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. I am highly impressed with these earbuds. These are too bulky and fall out of my ears constantly. I have to press them in to hear, and that causes the touch activated controls to pause or change volume which is irritating. The buds fall out of their case sometimes due to being open without a lid. I don't enjoy these. I can't say much about sound quality as they aren't a good fit

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Vibe Buds, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the charging issue still persist please contact our customer support.

I bought these because I was in need of new headphones and I love JBL speakers. However, I’m surprisingly disappointed with the product. The sound quality is great but the tapping features to pause/play/skip etc do not work, I eventually give up and have to use my phone to do any of that. I also opted to customize the case and was surprisingly disappointed in that matter as well. There were warnings that colors might not be accurate to what’s on the screen when you submit but the colors aren’t an issue, it’s how grainy/pixelated everything is. On top of that, it looks sloppy. The sides of the case are scuffed up and there’s glue or something sticking out the top edges of the image.

Thanks for your feedback Regina, The haptic touch functionality of your JBL Vibe Buds can be customized using the JBL Headphones app. If you're experiencing issues with the touch controls, please verify the settings within the app. If the touch feature is configured correctly but still not working, we recommend following the troubleshooting steps by resetting the unit to factory default setting : With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue still persist contact our customer support.

We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Vibe Buds. Bluetooth typically performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. To resolve the issue with your JBL Vibe Buds, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the earbuds on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset, first make sure that it is not charging, tap the right earbud twice, and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. Lastly, try to connect the earbuds to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them with. For more help, please contact us.

The customized case is beautiful. The earbuds are slick and comfortable and fit well in my ears. The sound is classic JBL. However, the noise canceling is cumbersome. I wish I could control the noise cancellation.
